This cache was located on a track that I know but I still ended up walking the wrong way! Anyway, once at the co-ordinates it was a nice easy find and the cache is still in great condition and should be good for many more finds.

Had quite a few of the SOTN caches solved before this caching trip to Launceston but ran out of time today and only managed to look for a few of them.
This was the first we tackled and our GPS took us to a dead end street above the cache. Looked with dread at the only access down below which looked quite steep. Getting down wasn't going to be a problem but getting back up was going to be.
Walked along the back of the houses accompanied by the constant barking of a dog that wasn't happy about me being there.
Bush bashed down to GZ where the cache was quickly found in the obvious place. It was in great condition considering it hadn't been found for nearly a year.
And of course right near the cache was a perfectly good track!!!!
Debated what to do next and decided to walk across to another one nearby that we had also solved.
A good move as spotted a bitumen road near that one and phoned Mr Beetle who was waiting in the car above and told him to try and find the way down to it.
That saved me a trek back up the hill. Guess a bit of local knowledge would have been handy here!!!
Thanks.

I wasn’t going to get this cache as it was raining by the time I had found the other caches on my list for the day. This one and another one were close by and I did want to clean up the area of unfound caches but my phone was fading fast. I set off up the track with the clue as to where the cache was hidden in my mind in case the phone died. I spied a likely hiding place and there it was safely tucked away from the rain. All good at GZ Thanks for the puzzle and hiding the cache.
Another short stroll for Murder...but he'd wanted to go way further as usual.
Cache and contents in top condition.
Many thanks for another top cache and for all your caches placed during the SOTN games....very much appreciated...cheers ST.

While up North for a few days for family commitments (a 90th birthday) a few caches were found and this was one of them. We enjoyed solving the puzzles as they were published during the summer games, so it is now nice to be able to log the ones we were unable to complete during the games. A nice large, well stocked cache. TFTP

I can't dance! I cant follow these litte men either but that's probably more about my poor eyesight. Slow and carefully is the only way I can solve these, they all look the same to me. GZ was easy enough though so we soon had the log signed. We then wondered why it was such a long way to the next one but we realized as we walked.
A comment to stainless steel rat on Thursday night turned into a plan rather quickly over the following 24 hours. After a later than expected Friday night I dragged myself out of bed while the clock still started with a 5, Urgh!
My first stop was the Rats Nest to pick up stainless steel rat and after loading his things in the car we departed at 6.05am. Our first stop was Mood Food for coffee and to find some lunch to throw in the esky for later, followed by a much needed stop at the train park in Perth (to offload the coffee), then it was on to the house of TazScout for another round of coffee.
We spent the whole day caching in various parts of Trevallyn Reserve and then picked up a few other caches as we left there late in the day. We found traditional caches, puzzle caches, a trig point, some moveable caches, a pod cache, a reverse cache, a beacon cache, a gadget cache, a night cache and a multi-cache. We also found a cache of EVERY terrain type from an easy T1 right through to a ‘fun’ T5.
After a late dinner in town, we returned back south with a couple of fresh air stops on the way. After dropping stainless steel rat back at his nest, I arrived home at 11.45pm absolutely exhausted.

With all these new caches out for the states of the nation Dragonzone game I just had to come up North again to clean them up ,with Goose of GooseandEgg, cache in good order, thanks.
This trip was a spur of the moment thing only first dreamed up on Thursday night, GooseandEgg wanted to clean up a few new caches in the North so with the weather looking good for today we left home at 6am and got back home at 11:30pm. Thanks for great day out.

This was a familiar puzzle type and we soon had some coordinates that the geochecker liked. We danced our way to the hide site stopping only to speak to several muggle pooches and their owners. After the muggles disappeared we made a quick find, sign and replace before the influx of the next lot of walkers, joggers and riders. All was well with the container and contents.
Thanks for another large puzzle cache and good scavenge points. We were impressed with the way you incorporated ICEM into the cache name well done!!

When a new icem scavenge popped up I was considering heading to Poatina as this would be the closest unfound icem to home. Thankfully this newly published cache saved me that long lonely drive up to the highlands. Making a start on the code was a bit of a challenge, however, once the right key was found the coords emerged. Enjoyed the walk to gz, a well hidden cache.. thanks..!!
