I doggies the final coords of this one a while back and today decided to find the cache. I did my best brush turkey impersonation, scratching around, poking phone camera in holes, etc, not that brush turkeys use phone cameras, but found nothing. Maybe I should have ignored the hint and looked up?

Caching in the area with whitewebbs and this was one of the caches we found. Very interesting puzzle that turned out to be too good to be true. Happy to add our names to the log book.

Many thanks phlphotos for publishing this cache and adding to our geocaching experience.

Day 58 Mainland trip
Out and about caching with Tassie Trekkers in Runaway Bay and we managed to solve this puzzle. Arrived at GZ to make a quick find. A very clever concept. TFTP

It's embarrassing how many times we looked at the puzzle without getting anything. It becomes a bit frustrating watching those words and colours continually sliding off the page knowing you're missing something obvious. Discussing this with another cacher gave us the simple hint we needed. I can't believe we didn't think of that Rolling Eyes and what a relief to finally put in corrected co-ordinates.

This was one of the most peaceful places on the whole Gold Coast, there wasn't anyone here. With the recent maintenance the cache is in great condition. Thanks for another cache for the Journey or Destination game phlphotos.

All those whoppers had me thinking. After a small nudge in the right direction I had a facepalm moment, and the co-ordinates were revealed. I made my way to GZ and made my find. The container was damaged and the contents were mankey - so I replaced the container with a small sistema, hidden in the same spot but a bit better concealed. Good to have this puzzle cache checked of my list. Thanks for a great day of caching!

Heading home after a couple of weeks in Bundaberg and stopped in for a few around this area. Parked nearby and took a good few minutes before the cache was in hand. Glad it was very quiet as it gave me the time to search without worrying about anyone walking past. Once the cache was in hand, the log was signed, the cache replaced and it was time to head off for another one.

Thanks Phlphotos..

#GA2999 - 14:25; After breakfast in Kingscliffe and caching the way back to base in Broadbeach, I got the chance for some more caching while the rest of the geotribe hit the beach. I thought I had a fair idea about GZ for this mystery and after parking the geomobile, made my way to my calculated GZ. Spotted something suspicious, but still had to dig deep to make the find. A nice find to grab indeed. TFTC phlphotos Very HappyClan Cerberus

With an unplanned trip north to the Gold Coast for the day, set about solving some nearby mystery caches to maximise the trip and to score some more points for the States of the Nation game. I have been waiting for cache like this after we have a similar style cache published last year. Signed the log and returned as found. Thanks for another mystery phlphotos.

There was so much "bling" on this cache page, that I knew something was wrong. The whopper had nothing to do with a fast food burger either. More fun for the geokids and I in the reserve. Lots of bats though!
