Interesting walk along a track I hadn't been on before, I bet there are a couple more Mystery Caches hiding up here as well, so I am sure I will be back. First of two found today!

Hi Trekkers,
Thoroughly enjoying the easy walking along this open ridge line...way easier to forget about the zig zag tracks and orienteer your way to gz. Spotted hide quickly...another top cache...many thanks..cheers ST.

I solved this earlier in the year but haven’t had the time or been in the right place to find it. Today was the day when I made it a priority to find a couple of puzzles that I had solved but not found. A lovely walk in the reserve today and four caches found. I wasn’t really sure how to get to GZ so I walked around the reserve for a bit before I found the correct path. Thanks for such a large cache. Another Tassie Trekkers cache found

Hi Trekkers
I'm not going to tell you how long I spent on this cache
A lot longer than I should have looking at different combinations using those you supplied before trying what I should have in the first place
Please keep my stupidity to yourselves though; please.
Sainted the cache at 1601 hours
TFTC and cheers

While up North for a few days for family commitments (a 90th birthday) a few caches were found and this was one of them. We enjoyed solving the puzzles as they were published during the summer games, so it is now nice to be able to log the ones we were unable to complete during the games. A nice large, well stocked cache. TFTP

If you can't solve this puzzle then give up with puzzles all together is my suggestion. At GZ SSR approached from the east and I approached from the west. He got there first and grabbed it with a big reach. Nearly at the top and one to go in this area. Thanks Tassie Trekkers for an easy puzzle this time.
A comment to stainless steel rat on Thursday night turned into a plan rather quickly over the following 24 hours. After a later than expected Friday night I dragged myself out of bed while the clock still started with a 5, Urgh!
My first stop was the Rats Nest to pick up stainless steel rat and after loading his things in the car we departed at 6.05am. Our first stop was Mood Food for coffee and to find some lunch to throw in the esky for later, followed by a much needed stop at the train park in Perth (to offload the coffee), then it was on to the house of TazScout for another round of coffee.
We spent the whole day caching in various parts of Trevallyn Reserve and then picked up a few other caches as we left there late in the day. We found traditional caches, puzzle caches, a trig point, some moveable caches, a pod cache, a reverse cache, a beacon cache, a gadget cache, a night cache and a multi-cache. We also found a cache of EVERY terrain type from an easy T1 right through to a ‘fun’ T5.
After a late dinner in town, we returned back south with a couple of fresh air stops on the way. After dropping stainless steel rat back at his nest, I arrived home at 11.45pm absolutely exhausted.

Almost at the end of this track with only one more to go, then we can head back to the car, with Goose of GooseandEgg, cache in good order, thanks.
This trip was a spur of the moment thing only first dreamed up on Thursday night, GooseandEgg wanted to clean up a few new caches in the North so with the weather looking good for today we left home at 6am and got back home at 11:30pm. Thanks for great day out.

In town for our granddaughter's birthday so decided to add a bit of caching to the day. We'd worked out some puzzles during the States of the Nation summer game but didn't have the opportunity to make the search during the game period so now using the puzzles to fill some gaps on our calendar. A quick find when we reached GZ, love the size of all these new caches and the exercise for the grey matter doesn't hurt either (well only a little bit)! Also needed this one to qualify for a trophy and some handy DZ points so double thank you. TFTC
Having solved this puzzle not long after it was published it was on our list for today. We enjoyed our walk but were wary of what might potentially be hiding or slithering through the long grass. Happily no snakes were seen or heard - must have been too hot for them too.
Accurate coordinates took us to the hide after a short down hill scramble and a now familiar Trekkers' cache was extracted from its hide. All was well with the container and contents. While we were signing the log a butterfly landed in the cache container so we had to help it out before replacing the log and closing the lid.
Thanks for another nice puzzle and good sized cache Tassie Trekkers and also for some more useful scavenge points to add to the Tassie total in the States of the Nation summer game.

Out and about a couple of hours before commencing work for the day. Headed off to the Trevallyn Reserve to track down a cache or three. About as simple a puzzle as it gets. Pleased to find a blank log book for a ftf claim.. thanks..!!
