Description
A cache just off the Grassland Track, part of the Tangara Trial
The Tangara Trail is an almost invisible web of interconnecting trails between Seven Mile Beach and South Arm. It often weaves between property boundaries and heads along quiet roads, beaches and bush trails. There is good tangara trail signage all over the area.
You can access this area from opposite Poroa Court with the track heading West from Gellibrand Drive, it is a short walk down hill before you turn North along the Grassland track towards the June Graham Track.
It's a great area and you can make many different walks creating your own loops, there are some great sights along the way, the trails are multi use so you could come across walkers, runners, bike and horses so watch out.
The cache has a few bits of swag inside feel free to swap if you see something you like.

This was the last cache for the day with EeePees.
I did like the large cache and log book.

We enjoyed our short walk down the track to this hide. Accurate coordinates led us to a well hidden, large container. Container and contents were in excellent condition. After carefully replacing the covering material we noticed that the air was colder and dark clouds were heading our way so it was a quick walk back up the track to the car - no time to enjoy the tranquility of the bush this time.
Thanks for another good cache hide in a very pleasant area Stainless-Steel-Rat.
Turns out it took us nearly 4 hours to get to Sandford! This was the last for the area, and as Alby extracted the container, I said "this must be one of stainless steel rat's !!).
We enjoyed the vastness of the log book, so used a few lines when signing (pic will be attached shortly). It may well have been longer, but a) it was starting to dwizzle, and b) time was running out due to our earlier faffing about.
Thanks for the adventure.
Oh, and thanks to whitewebbs for leaving a 'convict' pathtag. I stole it, I mean grabbed it; as would be expected from a direct descendant of jolly fine 1st Fleet convict stock.
Had to visit the big smoke today so after completing the necessary business, we moseyed on down to look for this cache
Just a short walk had me to GZ in reasonable time and a quick find was had
With no other signatures, the cache was Sainted at 1235 hours for an unexpected *FTF* - Thanks Stainless,
All returned as found and so I walked leisurely back to the car and drove to the "CIRCLE" for another find
TFTC and cheers
