Nasty weather, with definite snow falling on the windscreen, but not sticking to the ground. The wind-chill factor was pretty good, too. However, we thought a nice drive, with a few caches in between might be good. It turned out to be colder than we expected, but it was good to get out anyway.

Quick find, cache in good condition. Thanks for this one, Joolay!

Out for a drive with Just a cacher and we decided to grab a cache or two as we were out.

A quick grab after a short walk between the sleet and rain.

Thanks for the cache Joolay.

I saw that this and a nearby cache had been replaced recently, so I headed up the hill for a look. Happily today it was a find.

Thanks

Wasn't able to find this one. A lot of the tree branches in the area have come down, so couldn't see anything in the trees. Maybe needs to be looked at?

I am sad to say I was not able to find either if these on Brice Ridge today.

Thanks
Albida

First find of these 2 caches close together. For a while was up the wrong tree, looked across and there it was... thanks.

Having had a big logging session - Tuesday's - which were wiped due to crashing of site, and yesterday's - I was too tired when I eventually arrived home, I managed to get out late in the afternoon in my hunt for caches that would earn me more elusive points in the current game. I managed to walk a circuit of the area which brought me back to your cache Joolay, just as the darkness was drawing in. A clever camouflage and one of the prettiest logs I have ever seen. I was in Civic most of the day, had some spare time before the next place i needed to be, came here to collect a GC "?" and still had a spare not quite half an hour so I looked at GA map... couldn't walk away from 2 caches within 200m of me Smile
TFTC - oh good, quite close to the other one... felt like further - was UP the hill - lol
interesting hide, interesting spot Smile

A neat little cache. And a short walk up the hill to some good views. TFTC Very Happy

2nd time lucky!

Came up here the first time, at night, with a phone that would not give good co-ordinates, and my head torch died.

Second time, new phone, better light (the sun this time!) and cache was found reasonably quickly

Today turned out to be a glorious day caching with fitzy_1965, Darzee Di & ACTchil after a foggy start. Did a bit of GCA & GC caching along the way.

fitzy gave me his GPS to have a go....well, it lead me up the garden path and I headed through more bush than needed. He even managed to come up with the find when the GPS had me looking elsewhere....

GCA 2,040. Found on a fun day caching around Canberra with minniek, Darzee Di and ACTChil.

A quick drive in from Goulburn and a drive-by pick-up of our days caching companions soon had us on the hunt for both GC and GCA caches. This was the next find of the day. After finding the nearby cache we continued up for this one. Quick find by those of us who can find caches hanging in trees..... Twisted Evil

#GA2913 - 14:10; I've had my eye on this cache since it was published, but just hadn't gotten around to heading out for it. After a spot of caching a bit further along Bruce Ridge to the south, I decided to stop off and grab this cache and another couple nearby on the way back towards home. Parked at a convenient spot for access and headed up[ the short sharp climb for a quick find and sign. TFTC Joolay Very HappyClan Cerberus

Logging the cache as it has now been found. Was out with Joolay when she hid them. Nice area with views.

Another cache in this area and the last day I need a cache in Autumn. Parked in the same spot as yesterday and took the walk up the bigger hill. Looked at wrong 'area' first but then noticed the cache just a little further behind. Nice set-up, good to see something different for the usual sort of hide. Log was signed and after everything was put back together it was back down the hill and off home.

Thanks Joolay...another FTF and a nicely set-up cache. Recommended.....
