Logs
We had some spare time before lunch after a trip to Flat Top, so headed east on the highway in search of some smileys.... We were down here for the two trigs at the reservoir, but didn't realise the road was gated, and didn't have time to walk, were grabbed the trad consolation prize. The cache is in great shape.... TFTC!

After doing a GC cache at Bulls Camp with rogerW3 we detoured in here on the way back to Springwood to grab this cache. A quick find. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC

On a caching run up the thin black line into the Blue Mountains with alnic39, ZoNic66, lachnic62, phlphotos and JJCC. A total of ten caches were found on this trip and thanks to alnic39 for placing this series. Cache and log are in good condition.

Decided to go on a cache run in the mid Blue Mountains with ZoNic66, lachnic62, teamMerlin and Splitty Miller JJCC with the aim of knocking off this series. Been an interesting week with the weather. Even today the weather had been variable with some showers, drizzle & some dry patches. It was a relatively quick find it but it was made a little easier having the CO chaperoning his 2 children ZoNic66 & lachnic62, though he tried not to help. We all signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for the cache & series alnic39

Up in the mountains again with LuckyL10n and heading for Katoomba tonight. This is the first in the Paint It Black Series for this visit and once in the GZ area the cache was another quick find. Log was signed and we then hit the road again.
Thanks Alnic...this was the series that enticed up here again.

#GA2938 - 14:15; The original plan was to head west to collect a few zones for Sol de lune and I to complete the caching centroid mission, but with the announcement of big bonus points, the plan was changed and we are headed to the Blue Mountains instead. We decided to start on the caches originally planned for the return journey tomorrow as we were well ahead of the time we allowed for caching today. Spotted the turn off as we headed west earlier, so found it pretty easily as we headed east. The rain was just starting to fall as we arrived, but managed to get the log signed without it getting wet. TFTC alnic39

A nice walk from Linden station, but the cache across the GWH needs a long walk to Woodford and back along the Old Bathurst Road.
Thanks for the cache.
