Description
magnetic cache inside sports building
I live in the area and ACTchil use to play indoor soccer a the nearby sports hall so thought a great place to hide a cache in one of the other buildings. Lots of different sports played here including but not limited to cricket, AFL, feild sports and other sporting activities, great for the nearby Gold Creek school children to undertake thier school sports.
Lots of people around so please be stealthy.
You will need to bring a pen to sign the log as there is no room for a pen, no signature no log can be claimed.

I had a good look for this one today and could not find it. It might be really hard but I already covered most of those hides as well. So if it is still there I will need a hint to find it.

Hooray!
Speaking with another finder, I commented that this is my last GCA cache in Gungahlin (right now anyway) to find - (and 8 GC remaining!)
They suggested where I should look, and my initial assumptions were wrong. Oh my.. without that, I would have never have found it!
On my way back from the Gym, I took a longer walk home to retrieve this one. Fingers felt something metallic, and it moved.. huzzah!
Sat, signed the cache, and put it back with a satisfying *clunk*
TFTC Darzee - Happy to have this little nut sorted!

I'm reasonably certain I know where it is, but the dude playing golf next to me made it hard to search for... gah
well that was an annoying waste of time. .. I looked everywhere I could get to, but my GPS seems to indicate that this cache is somewhere inside the locked gate, near the toilets...
After a little shopping I found myself near here and stopped y for a look. It ended up being a feel not a look, but I located it and managed to extract it, just.
Thanks
Albida.

Today turned out to be a glorious day caching with fitzy_1965, Darzee Di & ACTchil after a foggy start. Did a bit of GCA & GC caching along the way.
With CO again on watch, we all had fun playing hot & cold. fitzy eventually came up with the find.

GCA 2,037. Found on a fun day caching around Canberra with minniek, Darzee Di and ACTChil.
A quick drive in from Goulburn and a drive-by pick-up of our days caching companions soon had us on the hunt for both GC and GCA caches. This was the next find of the day. Parked nearby and walked up to GZ. We took turns searching GZ before my fingers eventually found the cache - Phew !

Well, that was fun - nut. Once found, the cache dropped a couple of inches and it took me a good 10 minutes to retrieve it. The weather wasn't that cold but I can tell you the air was certainly blue !!
Eventually though the cache was hand, but the drama's weren't over. It then took another few moments to be able to sign the log. At one stage I was going to use my teeth, but then remembering where I retrieved the cache from, I thought better of that.
Once the log was finally signed, the cache was CAREFULLY replaced and then with my blood pressure almost back to normal, I was on my way.
Thanks DD....it was fun, just glad my wife wasn't with me!!

#GA2912 - 14:00; Getting a bit stir crazy being inside on a rainy day, so decided to have another crack at finding this cache. After an initial half hearted attempt on another wet day a few weeks ago, I called off the search early as the GPSr didn't want to settle down at all and there was a muggle working inside the enclosed oval. I ran into the CO later that day and managed to extract a bit of information that was of use, that the cache is accessible from outside the enclosed oval and there is no need to go inside. That narrowed down the search area today and after a couple of minutes I had the sneaky little cache in hand. Despite having been published a month ago, I managed to grab a *FTF* today. Signed the log and slipped the cache back into place for the next finder. TFTC Darzee Di
