Description
The last stand has begun
Ned Kelly was born in June 1855 at Beveridge, Northern Victoria. Ned Kelly came to public attention as a bushranger in the late 1870s.
He was hanged November 11th, 1880.
Ned Kelly is perhaps one of Australia’s better known folk heroes, known probably for the plough mould board armour donned by him and his gang in what became known as the Siege at Glenrowan (or The Last Stand), the event that led to Ned Kelly’s capture and subsequent hanging.

Anyway, I packed up the ute and left about 8am to head home. My main focus for today is to find the occasional cache I was passing by and to stop off in Glenrowan to see ‘Ned Kelly’. After my drive/walk around Glenrowan, it was time to head home. It was a great day for the drive home. TB visit. I would like to thank all CO’s of the caches I found today and for allowing them to bring the Geocaching community enjoyment. TFTC’s
