Description
Before I got into Birdwatching I was into Butterflies. I loved looking for them and collecting anything with a butterfly on it. There are so many varieties and colours. I still love watching them and photographing them. Our house has many butterfly things around. So it wasnt surprising I would enjoy other living things with wings and move on to Birdwatching! North Queensland has the exotic Papilio Ulysses Butterfly - an absolutely beautiful blue & black butterfly that is a favourite.

We took some moveable caches to the event that ended up being in Latrobe and we brought some back home with us, but this wasn't one of them. Left this one for another team to move along. Thanks for the cache
Went out today and looked for a few moveables to get my dragonzone points moving again.
Found this moveable very quickly and will move on shortly

Hi thomo31
Had to go to the eastern shore today, so once business was completed it was time to hunt out some caches
I found 14 caches expending 1496 calories using 6076 steps to cover 4.67 km on foot
This cache was found and Sainted quickly at 1220 hours
Please unarchive this cache as it has been found:
I thought I had hidden the cache after finding it
Indeed I had, but forgot to move it on; thinking I had
Checked my caching books and found where I had placed the cache
Checked and found it again today
Couldn't leave it in place as the little bridge under which it was hidden is under repair
Hopefully I will re-locate it tomorrow; weather dependent
Cache is in good order and will continue its travels soon
Thanks for a good cache
Cheers OldSaint

It appears the Exotic Butterfly has flown away. We are archiving it to save people looking for it. thomo31
Hi thomo
After a night with little sleep, we left home early to catch up a great caching mate from the North West Coast
Moveables were exchanged, of which, this was one
Sainting the cache at 0845 hours
Sirius and I walked part of the Geilston Bay Track looking for caches along the way
It was great to see an cacher as experienced as he is at work - good experience
Thanks for sharing some time together this morning Sirius; greatly enjoyed and appreciated
TFTC and cheers

On a Drive to Oatlands, I thought it would be good to get the movables out of the car. A few stops and they were placed along the highway in places I could park.
They were placed going South to North, so there are a few you can only get going North

Grabbed while out and about in the area on a mission to get 15 GCA in the month. I had already had a few on the trip to Ulverstone, so a few extra to find it off was the plan today
Found at todays community event in Latrobe. Nice to see a new (for me) movable cache.
thanks thomo31

We attended a GC 20 Years of Caching Community Event today at Latrobe and took along three moveable caches that we'd collected during the past few days, another team will move this one along
While we were on our way to try to find a large cache further down the road we stopped to see if this one was still in place as we need to find some little ones for this months challenge. It was there along with another one so two for the price of one, always a good thing. We'll get this one back out again in the next couple of days/. Thanks for the cache
A day around Northern Tassie to collect 29 moveables in total.
Some hadn't been found for quite awhile.

Now we can go out I have put his moveable out, he was enjoying being inside and reluctant to go outside in this cold weather.
After a family gathering we headed up to the Trevallyn Reserve to rehide some moveable caches we picked up in the Circular Head area last weekend. Ready for the next stage of the journey
We needed a find today to fill a gap on our dragon zone calendar so had a look at the map and decided to go towards the circular head region and try for some moveable caches. That area is a bit of a dead spot for moveables so will take them towards the north of the state where there's likely to be a bit more action. TFTC
Collected - nice to find a moveable we haven't meet before

We put this cache out on our way to the ferry. Unfortunately we lost the coordinates when we loaded the caches on our mainland route. This was the first chance we had to check on the cache and the coordinates. The cache is still hiding waiting to be moved on. Great fishing spot nearby.
Found with a number of little moveables that had been travelling for some time. Hoping for warmer weather and plenty of flowers as they prepare for a tour of Tassie
This moveable cache has been travelling with us for long enough, time to see the sights in Tassie
Needed a DZ find today to fill a gap on our calendar, searched the map and cam up with this one, when we got there we found a bonus moveable! These little guys are going on a bit of a road trip with us. TFTC
The butterflies have flown the coop and headed south with a friend.....!
Met up with another cacher where a prisoner exchange took place. Always good to catch up with like minded people and chat about all things caching.
Thanks for the moveable. Now with me and will be moved on shortly.

Took the dogs and the wife, and went for a pleasant evening drive to find a few movables.
In the Wingello SF. I stopped for a coffee & cake at the general store. Beautiful day.
One of a baker's dozen transported to a wet & cold but not snowy Berry - much appreciated. My thanks to rogerw3.

Another refugee from the big smoke, but I fear the 0 degree might encourage this one to move again soon.

Knowing in the past that rogerw3 likes to drop off moveables in this area & since today I was intending on heading in the greater area – I took a side trip & picked up all 6 off movables at Rookwood. So many thanks & will be moving on soon. Nice to pick up an Exotic Butterflies

Thanks

#GA3384 - 17:30; I was unable to head north with Sol de lune yesterday for the Meet the Moveables (NSW Edition), but had a very sneaking suspicion that he may return with some booty after a prisoner exchange. My suspicions were well founded and a plan was hatched for a couple of members of the Gungahlin Chapter of the Cerberus Mob have a meet and greet with the new arrivals. Nice to see a few newer and a couple of older moveables make it down to the National Capital. TFTC thomo31

For each qualifying geocache that you hide or find during the game period you will be offered the opportunity to click on a ground tile and reveal what lies beneath.
A moving cache, by nature, may have been moved since you last determined its location. It may have been picked up but not yet rehidden so it's considered 'in-transit'. There is no foolproof method of determining where a cache is simply by the log types that have been placed against the cache.

Found this one at the Meet the Moveables (NSW Edition) event held at Tizzana Winery in Ebenezer. A fantastic turnout at the event run for the current 2018/19 Journey or Destination game being run on Geocaching Australia which saw a total of 75 moveables come together. Thanks for sharing.

What a great way to start the new year with a meet the movables event that saw 75 moveable caches and 10 geocacher caches in attendance. All was laid out so one could walk around the tables to sign each and every log before a swap occured to send them away again in a new direction.
