Description
The KEY to something! We have dozens and dozens of keys but no idea what they are to. We recently found some more old keys that had been stored away for ever it seems. Maybe it was a hobby to collect old keys but now its our collection and what do we do with them? Send one out with a moveable of course!

A quick find. but surprisingly tricky to extract. I pulled a lot of this sized container out of the ends of guard rails, but I seemed to have two left hands at this spot today. After pushing the cache way deeper than it was, I managed to get a grip on it and retrieve it from it's hidey-hole.
This cache is no longer at it's current coordinates, and will be moved to a new location soon.
Thanks thomo31.

Reading previous logs, this moveable may still be in location OR may have been found, removed and not relocated yet. We know moveables can sometimes be forgotten / missed / left in the bottom of a caching bag, so a check has been undertaken on this one.
An update will be posted within 28 days….

'Just a Cacher' was in town and met me in the city for a bit of a moveable swap. This one is therefore in Adelaide and now in my possession and will be moved asap. TFTC

Picked up along with quite a few others and they are now all on their way to Bendigo via Echuca over the next couple of days.
Having had a smooth trip on the Spirit of Tasmania, and an equally smooth trip by vehicle northwards, this moveable is now comfortably residing at Shepparton until it is collected to continue its journey
We collected this one last night in Devonport, after a lovely farewell dinner with 2y’stassies
Today he is waiting to board the Spirit of Tasmania to start a new adventure on the mainland
Thanks for the opportunity of moving him
And hopefully another footstep towards my destination

On our recent trip to the south of the state we collected up a few moveable caches, today they were passed on to another team who will help them continue their journeys, thanks for travelling with us for a bit
Found after time spent alternating between family duties and caching, gotta grab a chance when you can. We'll move this one towards the north of the state. TFTC
Quick find while in the company of gooseandegg, I will move on as soon as I can but since I have so many it could take me a few days
Thanks for the moveable.

Journey or Destination
Game Period: 01-Dec-2018 00:00:00 to 31-Jan-2019 23:59:59 AEST
It is sometimes said [citation needed] that the game of geocaching is not about the destination it is about the journey. This game is about the choices you make in the experience of the journey or the destination.
On your entry to the game you will be asked to create a playing field with a number of ground tiles. Your playing field is a grid 20 x 20 ground tiles making a total number of 400 possible steps you can take on your journey or destination. You choose whether you want to find and follow the path or whether you wanted to meander around. A playing field is unique to each player so there is no benefit in teaming up to beat the system through brute force.
For each qualifying geocache that you hide or find during the game period you will be offered the opportunity to click on a ground tile and reveal what lies beneath. There are a number of different ground tiles that will be revealed when you click on your playing field. It should be noted that there are no punishments for clicking a tile but there will not always be the reward you were hoping for as you reveal each tile.
Dirt. The ground beneath the ground tile is just plain old brown dirt.
Dirt with some points. The ground beneath the tile is brown dirt but it has some points associated with it.
Concrete. The ground beneath is part of the pathway that will lead you on your way to your destination but has no point value.
Start. A concrete ground tile that has a blue map marker.
Destination. A ground tile that has a green map marker.
Meandering around and avoiding the path will accumulate points that will be used to place on you the ladder of wanderers. The more you stay off the path the higher the number of points you will accumulate and it will be your journey that will be the determining factor in whether you place into a prize winning position. You are free to select any ground tile to click on; they do not need to be next to each other.
Trying to find the path may mean you strike out on the dirt until you eventually come across the path and as a geocacher who can't say that this isn't a tried and true method. Once you find the path however will you try and follow the path as it changes direction around your playing field? Do you go North, South, East or West to try and find the next concrete tile along the path? If you head one way are you heading towards the start or towards the destination? When you do happen upon the destination tile then you will automatically be in a winning position.
At any point you are free to change from the journey to the destination and vice versa but you won't be able to regenerate your playing field. You are also free to keep playing as long as you have qualifying geocaches, accumulating more and more dirt tile points and placing you higher and higher on the ladder.
Qualifying geocaches fall into two categories. Finds and Hides.
A qualifying find is a geocache that meets the following criteria:
The geocache is listed at Geocaching Australia
The geocache has a hidden date prior to the game commencing
The geocache was logged by you on the Geocaching Australia website during the game period
The geocache was physically found by you during the game period
The geocache is not owned by you unless it is a moveable geocache
The geocache has not previously been found by you during the game period
The geocache is one of the following types:
Burke and Wills
Moveable (you will qualify only once for a find on a moveable geocache)
Traditional
TrigPoint
Augmented Reality
Beacon
Gadget
Multi-cache
Night Cache
Podcache
Reverse
Unknown or Mystery
A qualifying hide is a geocache that meets the following criteria:
The geocache is listed at Geocaching Australia
The geocache has a hidden date after the game has commenced
The geocache was published on the Geocaching Australia website during the game period
The geocache has a container size of regular or larger (Note: A regular geocache has a volume of 1 litre or more)
The geocache is one of the following types:
Moveable
Traditional
Augmented Reality
Beacon
Gadget
Multi-cache
Night Cache
Podcache
Reverse
Unknown or Mystery
The game tracking mechanism relies upon your honesty when logging geocaches as found or hidden.
The games administrators will undertake verification of a statistically significant number of logs.
Players who continually log inaccurate information will be disqualified from the game. The game administrators decision is final.
The game administrators will subtract qualifying hide or find geocaches from your tally if they are found to be not genuine.
The game administrators reserve the right to provide clarifications to the rules at any point during the game.
Don't forget to claim your limited time game trophies, if your qualify, while the game is in progress. Once the game completes the ability to claim your trophies is lost for ever.

Out and about on a beautiful Tassie summer day. Over the last few weeks we seem to have collected up a few moveable caches and decided today was the day to get them all back out again. Happy travels
Found these moveable caches on the way home from Lilydale taking the grandkids to see the Lilydale Stuffed Santas. We didn't see all the 90 santas around town but found quite a few, lovely idea to bring people into a small town. We'll get these ones out again asap. TFTC
The KEY was ready to hit the road. It is waiting beside the western off ramp from the Bass Highway into West Ulverstone
On our way to the Gorge today to find some caches to meet a personal challenge and noticed that we were passing this cache. A quick stop and the key was found. Now to see if it will fit any of the old locks we have inherited.
Key didn’t seem to fit any of my old locks, so no good hanging onto it. Dropped off on the way to Launceston on a very wet and muggy summer’s day.. thanks..!!
Out for a drive on a superb summer's day in northern Tasmania and found myself at Robigana by the Supply River. Found a likely looking spot to drop off a platoon of army soldiers. Stuck my hand into the intended hidey hole only to discover that a moveable had been left there by Nutwood. Will endeavour to move along in the near future.. thanks..!!

Interesting idea for a cache. Appears to be a generic cupboard key but the devil is in the detail. We have a couple of old fashioned cupboards that Friesianess stores treasures in. We will have to put this key to the test.

Moved to Wingello State Forest. Drive through the camping area & take the track to your right.
Found with a bunch of other moveables including a dinosaur. Will move them all to the one location. Thanks to Black Bunny & JAC.

Out with Jac tonight so decided to grab a cache or two while we were in the area.
Thanks for the cache.

Down and ready to go again. This moveable was going a little further north, however plans have changed so it is now hanging around Canberra for a while....
Next stop on the Sol de Lune / LuckyL10n 2 day Blue Mountain caching tour. Headed into this area for this FTF and the nearby trad. No problems making the find and the blank log was an added bonus. Cache is now off to the bush capital for bit of a tour before heading a lot further north.
Thanks Thomo31...cache is now in my hands.

#GA2958 - 09:20; Day 2 of a big bonus caching adventure in the Blue Mountains with Sol de lune. After a quiet night in Katoomba, we are heading back down the mountain for home. After a stops in Springwood and Glenbrook, we reached Lapstone, our last stop before hitting the lowlands again. Parked in a convenient area, then went along the trail and after a short hunt, collected this cache. Soon to tour the National Capital to see what it can unlock down there TFTC thomo31
