Whilst I was seeking information at a nearby museum, for an EarthCache, Muggle Hubby entertained himself, in the park, in Adelaide.
By the time I returned he had quite a following, they loved him sharing their type of food .

Whilst in Pemulwuy near Sydney recently an elderly gentleman arrived in a park and began feeding pigeons. In hindsight, we think that the birds were there waiting suggesting that the feeding is a regular occurrence. A photo has been added to the Gallery. Thanks Cybergran V for the cachje.
GCA 2,585. Spotted this lady feeding the pigeons (and magpies) in Canberra today.
She emptied a whole packet of shredded cheese in a few locations and the pigeons (and magpies) went nuts - just like seagulls on a hot chip !
I'm not sure if cheese is good for birds but it wasn't stopping them ! A bit like humans really.

While strolling through Orleigh Park in Brisbane this morning we came across some pigeons. Mrs W tossed them some crumbs from her lunch. They weren’t too fussed.
