We used our caching instinct to locate this cache and forgot to check the GPS so can not comment on the accuracy of the coordinates. We were surprised to find a small glass screw top container - certainly not a nano. Glass containers often get broken accidentally when finders drop them. Spiders are often the cause. A plastic replacement would ensure durability.
Thanks for this case Bob Tomkins the views from this spot were certainly lovely today. We probably would not have seen this aspect but for your cache.

A quick find despite the GPS pointing to the middle of the car parking area. BTW; Glass is not a good container idea. It breaks. It's dangerous. It can magnify the sun to a point where a fire can start. I recommend replacing this with a plastic container.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for this geocache experience here today.

Today was a chance to make a flying visit to Melbourne to buy some hard-to-get stock for my business. The trip was a little longer than normal because there are a few caches worth the detour.
A quick find using the numbers provided by Ian and Sandra although I couldn't extract the container. With some twisting of fingers I managed to get the lid off and the log book out.

#GA3049 - 15:30; Headed south for a weekend of football with Sol de lune and toy hunters and now in Kilmore on the hunt for caches in the Historical Society series (Probably more aptly named the Lancefield to Kilmore Railway series). The car already needed a wash by the time we reached this cache, again with the assistance provided by Team Ladava we enjoyed a quick find, although the brolly was still handy here.

Found on an excellent footy trip to Melbourne with Sol de lune and LuckyL10n. Another lovely drive through the country, despite the pouring rain. A nice and easy find at GZ. TNLNSL. TFTC LKR!
A weekend trip to Melbourne to attend a few AFL games with LuckyL10n and Toy Hunters gave us he opportunity to head off the main road and try these new Geocaching Australia caches.
The weather was certainly not with as it started to pour just as we arrived at the first cache. We found this ok and were pleased with the updated co-ords by Team Ladava. With those co-ords in hand we had the cache in hand quickly. The cache certainly isn't a nano so no idea why it is marked as such. Maybe that could change for future finders.
Thanks LKR....a neat little series of caches showing off a few interesting areas...even with the rain preventing us have a good look around.

Found by Sunbury based Team Ladava on a rare day out caching but this series appeared on our notifications.
We loved the concept of the series; the informative cache notes, the large containers appropriate to the rural location and the comprehensive hints.
We were not so keen on the inaccurate coordinates and the containers hidden under the leaf litter which at this time of year, with so much covering the entire area, made for difficult finds or DNF’s and experience tells me minimal cover and cache security during summer.
First to Find.
I suggest S37° 15.949 E144° 47.139 would be more accurate coordinates.
Locations like this are 'the icing on the cake' of Geocaching with the locals hosting us anonymously to their favourite spots.

Our thanks to Bob Tomkins for the cache and bringing us to this location.
