Description
An entry in the Spring Caching Carnival.
Parasaurolophus is a hadrosaurid species of dinosaurs, from the Upper Cretaceous of North America. It was about 10 m (33 ft) long, 5.2 m (17 ft) high and weighed approximately 3500 kg (7,700 lb). Thankfully this one is not anywhere as big.
Parasaurolophus was two-legged, though most likely stood on four when resting. It also had two strong arms, a scaly skin and a powerful tail. Its most noticeable characteristic is a long curved crest protruding from its head, often longer in males than in females.

Found today while at the Spring Caching Carnival event at Bankstown. A great event with lots of geochat and of course lots and lots of dinosaurs. By my count well over 30 dinosaurs attended along with various other moveable caches!

Needed to find a new location and decided to bring him along with me tonight for a bit of fun and then wait for his next adventure.
I was logging a dinosaur cache that I grabbed from Fitzy_65 and noticed a whole lot of dinosaur moveables in a new game Spring Caching Carnival and there was a moveable just 1km from my home. It was 9.20pm and I was about to crash for the night so decided to get put my trackies on over my pj's and take Koda the geohound for a quick walk to retrieve. The batteries had died on my Montana so had to rely on a snapshot of the location on my phone to get me as close to location and then use my torch to search. I got to 2m away shone the torn around and spotted something unusual, quite large and thought it must be a big one. To my surprise it was a tub full of moveables, so I was quite happy to grab and find them all a new home. tftc Shifter Brains

Still a few people that need to find this around here!
#GA3126 - 12:40; It was a nice day, so I thought a walk in the park to herd a few dinosaurs was in order, having missed out on seeing them at Sunday's event. Parked in the quiet street not far from GZ and headed over to begin the hunt. Checked a few possibilities before spotting little Parasaurolophus and making the pick up. TFTC Shifter Brains
