Description
Tyrannosaurus Dinosaur is a movable set up for the 2018 Spring Caching Carnival and Beyond.
Tyrannosaurus[nb 1] is a genus of coelurosaurian theropod dinosaur. The species Tyrannosaurus rex (rex meaning "king" in Latin), often colloquially called simply T. rex or T-Rex, is one of the most well-represented of the large theropods. Tyrannosaurus lived throughout what is now western North America, on what was then an island continent known as Laramidia. Tyrannosaurus had a much wider range than other tyrannosaurids. Fossils are found in a variety of rock formations dating to the Maastrichtian age of the upper Cretaceous Period, 68 to 66 million years ago.[2] It was the last known member of the tyrannosaurids,[3] and among the last non-avian dinosaurs to exist before the Cretaceous–Paleogene extinction event.

After dropping this off here 12 months ago, We have picked it up to take to an event on the 1st May at Ebenezer
A quick find here today.
Thanks for the cache HansJJ.
A quick find here today and we will move this one on shortly.
Thanks for the cache HansJJ
So, no QR codes & masks needed today as I stayed away from all – breakfast (hot – toast & toasties & coffee machine) in the bush of the main HWY & rest break stops away from everyone, not even a service station needed - caches were in areas of low people numbers or nil. I set this capability up in lockdown. I look at it like traveling in remote areas you are away from everybody. At the moment I feel it is safer that way.
It was a GOOD long drive today – clocked up 730Km’s & very much enjoyed it with caches / trigs found
Now to the movable location: this is a side road of the main HWY
S34° 52.351' E148° 14.134' to S34° 52.352' E148° 14.137'
Hint – at the back of a pile of wood - covered
4 off here at GZ
S33 26.724 E150 49.236 to S33 26.723 E150 49.234 to S33 26.723 E150 49.234
Pick up my own to do some maintenance on it.
Will be moving west from here.
Let's hope there will be some action soon.
Apparently its about to head off on another trip - good luck !
TFTC !!
Thanks
Albida.
Thanks for sharing this one....(and apologies for the late log)
The latest Geocaching Australia game runs from 01-Dec-2018 00:00:00 to 31-Jan-2019 23:59:59 AEST
For each qualifying geocache that you hide or find during the game period you will be offered the opportunity to click on a ground tile and reveal what lies beneath.
A moving cache, by nature, may have been moved since you last determined its location. It may have been picked up but not yet rehidden so it's considered 'in-transit'. There is no foolproof method of determining where a cache is simply by the log types that have been placed against the cache.
Found as part of the Summer Games

Thanks for the moveable HansJJ
Saw lots of GA moveables and logging the ones that I signed
Thanks for sharing!
Decided late last night that I'd head up to Sydney for the Dinosaur Racer Swap meet event. Took about 16 racers with me to drop off, and managed to find a few as well...with this being one. Grabbed a few to bring back to Canberra and they will released around here shortly.
Thanks for this one HansJJ….
Found today while at the Spring Caching Carnival event at Bankstown. A great event with lots of geochat and of course lots and lots of dinosaurs. By my count well over 30 dinosaurs attended along with various other moveable caches!
Thanks for the moveable HansJJ
GCA Find #140
Going to try to make their job a little bit harder by trying to split them up.
Signed the log and move on to a new hide a bit later. Thanks for the moveable Hansjj
