Description
Another dinosaur entry in the Geocaching Australia 2018 Spring Racing Carnival Dinosaur race.
Remember to move the dinosaur's on quickly. A quick move is a good move.
Just FYI - This is the wiki link to the Ceratosaurus Dinonsaur - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ceratosaurus
Rules of the game
- Your Dinosaur Racer must be a genuine, bone fide dinosaur. It may be store bought or hand crafted. We recomend you clearly mark your GAnnnnn code on your Dinosaur Racer to distinguish it from 100 other identical Dinosaur Racers.
- Caches for the competition must be published on 1 September 2018 Australian Eastern Daylight Time (Geocaching Australia Time).
- Geocaching Australia has the facility to automatically publish your Dinosaur Racer on 1 September 2018. Check the wiki for how to achieve this.
- The game administrators decision is final.
- You may find and move your own Dinosaur Racer during the game period.
- Dinosaur Racers must be found and hidden by the same geocacher (i.e. no mailing the Dinosaur Racer to another geocacher to hide).
- There is no limit to the number of times a geocacher can find / move the Dinosaur Racer provided there are at least two other finds / moves in between.
- If the Dinosaur Racer has not moved within 7 days and you were not the last geocacher to find or move it then the "rule of two other finds / moves" does not apply and you are free to move the Dinosaur Racer again.
- If the Dinosaur Racer has not moved within 14 days, even if you were the last geocacher to find or move it then you are free to move the Dinosaur Racer again.
- If a geocacher moves your Dinosaur Racer overseas and it remains unfound overseas for 1 week or more, the Dinosaur Racer mover may move your Dinosaur Racer back to the country of origin without breaking the "2 moves" rule.
- There is no limit to the distance other geocachers can move the Dinosaur Racer.

Logs
I am veryy Sorry it took so long to release the little Dino again. His new home is in a nice Canberra Nature reserve.
Not heard or seen in over 8 months, so I'll archive it. If it does resurface I'll re-instate it.
On a tour around the CBR series I checked on this guy which has been patiently sitting here for 18 month in his hide. So I took him along and will release him soon.
Discovered in the hands of the owner - nice to see that this cache has reunited with its owner! Thank you SdL!
Welcome home (again). Will be moved on shortly.
Cache is now with me and will be relocated shortly. Nice to see this one again.
Saw that someone had left these poor little defenseless creatures out in the bush in the dark, so we dashed off on a rescue mission. We will give them some counselling, and what medical aid they require, before releasing them into a more salubrious district.
Out for a night drive with Just a cacher and collected this lot to take south to Canberra.

One of twelve at this location. Bring a bag or find the other bunch first.
Found in the company of many others of the wandering kind - thanks to rogerw3 for the exchange.
Not quite there yet, but it will be there tomorrow. Don't bother looking this is gone as part of a prisoner exchange with tuena.
Picked up this one while in Mt Riverview, thanks Thommo31 for the moveables, much appreciated.

Found this one on the table at the event for Australia Day for the moveables. Thanks for the moveable which was one of 101 that made their way to Ebenezer from far away places to spend some time in the local winery before scattering to new places. Good luck on any further moves

For each qualifying geocache that you hide or find during the game period you will be offered the opportunity to click on a ground tile and reveal what lies beneath.
A moving cache, by nature, may have been moved since you last determined its location. It may have been picked up but not yet rehidden so it's considered 'in-transit'. There is no foolproof method of determining where a cache is simply by the log types that have been placed against the cache.

Headed up to Ebenezer with LuckyL10n to attend the Aussie Day event. 45 degree day made for a bit of a fun trip, however it was pleasant in the winery building. A good few hardy souls were in attendance as well as over 100 moveables. Some good conversation with cachers not met before and a good couple of hours was had by all. The trip home was a little different to what was expected but turned out ok....
Thanks to all the CO's for the caches...

Called into Tizzana Winery to buy some wine and saw the moveables and the list. The family wanted to continue on so said "Hi" to a few we'd previously met then headed on with some wine. Diolch for the moveable. I didn't pick up any.

Attended the 'Australia Day Moveable Event 2018' and came face to face with other like minded cachers, one being another lucky (luckyl10n) and 101 moveables in the area. Many thanks to the CO's who have published them over time and others who bought them together for the event.

Found this one at the Australia Day Moveable Event 2018 event held at Tizzana Winery in Ebenezer. Another fantastic turnout at the event run for the current 2018/19 Journey or Destination game being run on Geocaching Australia which saw a total of 101 moveables come together. Thanks for sharing.

Had to go to the southside this afternoon to the CITO Down South and decided that I would take this little fella and his mates with and move them to a new hiding spot to go on more adventures, hopefully someone will find them and his mates and go far far away. tftc Sol De Lune
Today I held a CITO at Birralee Scout Hall pond and was lucky to handed this bag of dino's nice, this one has a cute smile and reminds me of the dinosaur in Toy Story. So to keep him happy I will move it to a new place this afternoon when I am on the other side of town. tftc Sol De Lune

Out and racing at a Spring CITO Event.....!
#GA3140 - 11:00; It's a beautiful spring day in the National Capital and too good to be inside, so a spot of caching is called for. Picked this dino up on a wandering dinosaur hunt after taking a meandering route to GZ and collecting a couple of others along the way. It seems that dinosaurs do like to congregate in this area TFTD Sol de lune

Out and about again on Mt Ainslie and grabbed this guy to move on. Been sitting here for more than a week meaning I can find and move it, as per the rules of the moveable race. A neat little area this one and one I haven't visited for a couple of years. The magpies weren't that happy to see me, but then it's that time of year I guess. Cache will be moved on shortly.
Moved to a new place on Mount Ainslie - this time take an easy walk to find this lovely dinasaur
Found today after a dash out the door to pick up a couple of the new dinasaur racers. Very happy to find this dinasaur in place. Will post new hide details soon. TFTC Sol
