Cairns trip 2019. Day 29. This was the second day of my drive home and I traveled from Reid River to Barcaldine via Charters Towers, Torrens Creek and Aramac. After Torrens Ck there was a bone shattering 30km of corrugations and then 240km of single lane road. A fun day. Before all that I stopped at the lookout and admired the view

Thanks
Albida.

Happy to stop for a cache after a long stretch of driving. Amazed at the amount of etching on the rock........why aren't these people looking at the great views? After a break we continued on to find a camping spot for the night. TFTC Everlasting.

Found on our Qld Outback adventure on the way to Charters Towers.
Great to see a cache out here, and it was a nice place to stop & check out the view. Pity it hasn't been logged for over 2 years.
Cheers Everlasting, from down south in NSW.

WanderingAus wandered by on day 22 of our annual 'Climatic Refugee' trip, and the WanderingMrs was kind enough to take a photo. This was our third time stopping there, and this time we enjoyed our lunch there.

Thanks Everlasting for encouraging us to stop here, what a great spot and view. A "FTF" Im so surprised no one has logged this one yet. Was tempted to spend the night here, but heeded the no camping sign, is stopping for the night in your caravan classed as camping? i think it is, so we moved onto Prarie, another nice spot to spend the night.
