Description

Site 11 on the Hyden Norseman Road

The Granite and Woodlands Discovery Trail links Hyden and Wave Rock to Norseman and explores one of the world’s greatest untouched temperate woodlands. There are 16 designated stopping places to explore, climb, walk and marvel at. The cache is hidden at Site 13 along the tral, it is a beautiful wooded area, perfect to set up camp.

Hello iluvtrekking! Along with Team Red Roo, megawat60 and ebenie, we stopped at Site 13, the Woodlands picnic area, where TRR mentioned a GA cache, which we were very happy to find. We drove off just as big drops of rain were felt, and within the next hour, a huge thunderstorm came and made the rest of the road "interesting". Thanks for placing this cache! Clapping

Team Red Roo

Hi there iluvtrekking - this cache was a quick find on this years Hyden to Coolgardie adventure along the Holland Track. We had been to Coolgardie and then Burra Rock and Cave Hill followed by Norseman and this cache was found on our return trip to Hyden. A rare GA {FTF} for Team Red Roo - SL. Thanks to iluvtrekking for this cache.
