Description
Specific Views
Take a nice ice little drive up this nice little hill and you'll find this nice little lookout.
Great views out toward Byron Bay and surrounding towns, and onwards into the deep blue ocean.
These a picnic table up here, so why not take a packed lunch and spend some time!
You're looking for a small container with logbook and pencil, hidden just a little bit away from the view, so you should be able to search for the stash uninterrupted.

We dropped in after taking the kids to the crystals. Nice views, I bashed my way in, quite sure I was about to get tagged on the ankle by a brown! TFTC!

I decided to try to find the Specific Views cache today. I have wanted to come here before but Google Maps has said the the lookout is closed. I drive into the carpark and for a 'closed' lookout, there have been a regular stream of visitors in the time I have been here. It is a sunny day and views are very scenic. Heading towards GZ the grass is extremely long but I brave the risk of potential snakes. The cache is in excellent condition. I decide to make use of the picnic table to recharge. Thanks for the cache MattyRx.
Thanks for the cache. According to some of the graffiti at the shelter.. jesus lives and the world is flat
Out and about geocaching today with wayn0. We stopped to check out the view... Not. It's so smoky still. The shelter is pretty interesting to look at though.
We wandered toward GZ and pulled up on the trail, afraid what we might step in if we went any further. Thanfully GZ was right beside us.

Hard to get a parking spot up here today as the dreadlock brigade had taken over and turned it into a little place called Hippieville!!!!!
They had a fire going and were sitting around doing what ever they do up here. One was even playing a didgeridoo.
Fortunately the cache was out of their sight but there was a very unpleasant fresh human doo doo about 30cms from GZ. Don't know how they didn't spot the cache while doing their business.
Some entertaining reading in the shelter here too.
And great views too.
Thanks for bringing us up this way in our pursuit of GCA caches.

Day 75 Mainland trip
Out and about caching around Byron Bay and surrounds with Tassie Trekkers and we stopped to locate this cache. We found it atop the post, it had been signed by a couple of dog walking muggles. All good, rehid as per hint. TFTC

Caching in the area with whitewebbs on a wet and cloudy day and this was one of the caches we found. Very specific views and an easy find as cache as sitting on top of the post. Rehid as per hint.

We hadn't been here before.. actually we hadn't even been close so without the cache we'd have never found this spot with the scenic view that goes on and on and a shelter with so many words of wisdom. If this was on a main road everyone would be stopping but out here probably very few do. This would make an excellent small overnight camp but clearly that idea was thought of before and promptly knocked on the head with large rocks. {FTF} at 12.15pm. TFTC and the tour of the Northern Rivers area MattyRx.
