Heading to Canberra for the Mega, with geovan in tow, this was our 1st find this morning after spending the night at Gundagai.

Cache and contents in good condition.

We were in Gundagai and had a look for this cache which was found after a short hunt. The container and contents were in good condition although the container, a 200ml sistema was bigger than we had expected

#GA5096 - 10:10; Headed south of the border and taking a detour through Gundagai. After visits to the Big Koala and Captain Moonlight, I headed for the top of the hill and this cache. The GPSr didn't like the interference from the tower, but I spotted a likely hide and was rewarded with a find after making my way towards GZ on a zig zagging route. Nice to add another ICEM to the tally. TFTC Sol de luine

Out with Just a cacher on a caching trip before heading back to work and we decided to head past this one on our journey.

The cache was found quickly although we had to expand our search area but the cache was in good condition.

On our way home sadly but we have left enough time to collect some finds! I enjoyed this hide. But I definitely should have been wearing long pants and maybe gloves. Whatever this prickly plans is is nasty!! But a fun find all the same so thanks

I called into the Dog on the Tucker Box and searched the trees as per the hint,"Bison hanging low in fork of a tree...the one about 10 metres in front of the Snake Gully sign." But now I see it has been moved. DNF!

Found this cache on the way to, at or on the way home from the Mega at Clearwaters. My trip to the Mega was great, found lab caches which while like gadgets are new icons to me. Found some great caches and brought back some neat ideas for new caches in Tasmania.

Another stop on our journey to the Mega at Queanbeyan, nicely hidden Sol de Lune.

With a free day and a new Geocaching promotion to collect some souvenirs, I decided on taking the trip out to Gundagai and cleanup the area for both GC and GCA. I started by finding some caches out the behind Gundagai which were along a nice scenic road across the countryside. Next I headed into town to avenge a few DNF’s and then to ‘Hungry Jacks’ for lunch. Afterwards, I headed into the main part of town and collected the rest in town. There were many great history lessons, that I enjoyed learning about along my travels today. I next headed to out to ‘Dog on the Tucker Box’ to find the one I missed last time I was here. I also bought a hat to add to my hat collection. To finish off and before heading home, I found a couple of caches in Coolac. TB visit on all found caches. I would like to thank all CO’s for placing and maintaining the caches I found today and for allowing them to bring joy to me and others. TFTC’s

Now that I have found the caches in Gundagai, it was time to move along and find this cache which was next on my list to find. I missed finding this one last time I was here as it was covered by the nearby Virtual cache on my app. A nice quick find here and hopefully I wasn't seen by the muggles taking their photos across the road. After making the find I went for a look at the 'Dog on the Tucker Box' gift shop and I bought a hat to add to my hat collection. TFTC and now onto the caches, I haven't found, in Coolac.

Number 5 for the day as I headed south. Found this ICEM, logged it and rehid it before slipping over the road to visit the Dog and collect the Virtual there.

On a weekend trip to the Murray River near Corowa with Fitzy we were well on the way home and another meal stop beckoned. Interestingly although we were here only 48hrs before, now there was new cache. Thanks so much.
