We've had a few movables for way too long, so I went out for a drive and set them all free today.
I had travelled to Temora with Sol de Lune and Nibletricecakes where we discovered this moveable. TFTC

This cache was one of the caches that has been passed off to one of the following geocachers: alnic39, Just a cacher or Black Bunny. They will move this cache on shortly.
After meeting up with baby&Mrs gopher on the 12/3/21, I was handed a bag of moveable caches. This was one of the many caches I discovered. All caches will be moved on shortly. TFTC's
Found Prickle Back lazing in the moveable cache hotel and will move to Temora.
We saw this one drop by and decided to go and grab it while it was in the area.
A quick find here today.
Thanks for the cache 2y'stassies.

1st up I would like to apologise for keeping the movable for too long, could list many excuses & reasons but I won’t. I did this same long drive to drop off movables in this area 10 months ago & back then I was staring into lockdown with dunny paper like buying a gold bar / nugget & everything else flying of the shelves. 10 + months on I feel we are A lucky country (with some miss steps) – just look at the US & the EU & we are lucky.
So, no QR codes & masks needed today as I stayed away from all – breakfast (hot – toast & toasties & coffee machine) in the bush of the main HWY & rest break stops away from everyone, not even a service station needed - caches were in areas of low people numbers or nil. I set this capability up in lockdown. I look at it like traveling in remote areas you are away from everybody. At the moment I feel it is safer that way.
It was a GOOD long drive today – clocked up 730Km’s & very much enjoyed it with caches / trigs found
Now to the movable location: this is a side road of the main HWY
S34° 52.009' E148° 14.266' to S34° 52.009' E148° 14.264'
Hint – tree stump - covered

Dropped off at prearranged pick up point not there atm
Moved closer to the action, don't bother looking, this is not there just yet and in any case will be gone!
A virtual move as is heading to cooler climes tomorrow, don't look here.
Met up with another cacher and handed off in a prisoner exchange.
This little devil made it's way to the national capital after the Gong Mega and is now with me. Neat little guy...and I'll move him on shortly.
Thanks y's. Great to see a few more on the north island.

After a short trip Prickleback is ready to start its tour of the big island
Picked up at the end of the event as there were no other teams interested in GA moveables. Will move along soon
Handed to another team at the event in Devonport today. That team is going on an expedition soon so may take these moveable caches along for the ride
Found by mr sharnie's tribe on a lovely but very cold Tassie day. We needed a find today to fill a gap on our DZ calendar so wonderful when three popped up near a reserve not too far away. We'll move these ones towards the north of the state at the weekend. TFTC
Out for an early morning walk and decided to stop and watch the platypus playing below the river bank - great vantage point from the bridge. Prickle Back was not amused at being transferred from its warm bag to the metal hide. Looks like a nice day so the hide should warm up soon.
Prickle Back was found sheltering near several other caches on Mount Nelson hoping the nearby burnoff did not reach them before they were spirited off on their next trip. After greeting Alby Dangles in the car park it joined a group of moveables heading off on a tour of the north west.
I had just finished parking the car when I as your cache been carried down the hill in the hands of 2y'stassies.
So this one was a very easy find.
It was nice to catch with them again.

Out and about on a beautiful Tassie summer day. Over the last few weeks we seem to have collected up a few moveable caches and decided today was the day to get them all back out again. Happy travels little dinosaur
A quick find on a beautiful Tassie summer morning. Needed a find today to fill a gap on our DZ calendar, making progress but still a few gaps to fill, maybe a project for 2019! We'll get this one back out again asap. TFTC
Ready to travel again. In a quiet rest area with a couple of friends
One of the dinosaur cluster (not sure about the collective noun for a group of dinosaurs!) spotted at the Mystery Santa event at Dodges Ferry. TFTC
Found this cache while out and about today
Journey or Destination
Game Period: 01-Dec-2018 00:00:00 to 31-Jan-2019 23:59:59 AEST
It is sometimes said [citation needed] that the game of geocaching is not about the destination it is about the journey. This game is about the choices you make in the experience of the journey or the destination.
On your entry to the game you will be asked to create a playing field with a number of ground tiles. Your playing field is a grid 20 x 20 ground tiles making a total number of 400 possible steps you can take on your journey or destination. You choose whether you want to find and follow the path or whether you wanted to meander around. A playing field is unique to each player so there is no benefit in teaming up to beat the system through brute force.
For each qualifying geocache that you hide or find during the game period you will be offered the opportunity to click on a ground tile and reveal what lies beneath. There are a number of different ground tiles that will be revealed when you click on your playing field. It should be noted that there are no punishments for clicking a tile but there will not always be the reward you were hoping for as you reveal each tile.
Dirt. The ground beneath the ground tile is just plain old brown dirt.
Dirt with some points. The ground beneath the tile is brown dirt but it has some points associated with it.
Concrete. The ground beneath is part of the pathway that will lead you on your way to your destination but has no point value.
Start. A concrete ground tile that has a blue map marker.
Destination. A ground tile that has a green map marker.
Meandering around and avoiding the path will accumulate points that will be used to place on you the ladder of wanderers. The more you stay off the path the higher the number of points you will accumulate and it will be your journey that will be the determining factor in whether you place into a prize winning position. You are free to select any ground tile to click on; they do not need to be next to each other.
Trying to find the path may mean you strike out on the dirt until you eventually come across the path and as a geocacher who can't say that this isn't a tried and true method. Once you find the path however will you try and follow the path as it changes direction around your playing field? Do you go North, South, East or West to try and find the next concrete tile along the path? If you head one way are you heading towards the start or towards the destination? When you do happen upon the destination tile then you will automatically be in a winning position.
At any point you are free to change from the journey to the destination and vice versa but you won't be able to regenerate your playing field. You are also free to keep playing as long as you have qualifying geocaches, accumulating more and more dirt tile points and placing you higher and higher on the ladder.
Qualifying geocaches fall into two categories. Finds and Hides.
A qualifying find is a geocache that meets the following criteria:
The geocache is listed at Geocaching Australia
The geocache has a hidden date prior to the game commencing
The geocache was logged by you on the Geocaching Australia website during the game period
The geocache was physically found by you during the game period
The geocache is not owned by you unless it is a moveable geocache
The geocache has not previously been found by you during the game period
The geocache is one of the following types:
Burke and Wills
Moveable (you will qualify only once for a find on a moveable geocache)
Traditional
TrigPoint
Augmented Reality
Beacon
Gadget
Multi-cache
Night Cache
Podcache
Reverse
Unknown or Mystery
A qualifying hide is a geocache that meets the following criteria:
The geocache is listed at Geocaching Australia
The geocache has a hidden date after the game has commenced
The geocache was published on the Geocaching Australia website during the game period
The geocache has a container size of regular or larger (Note: A regular geocache has a volume of 1 litre or more)
The geocache is one of the following types:
Moveable
Traditional
Augmented Reality
Beacon
Gadget
Multi-cache
Night Cache
Podcache
Reverse
Unknown or Mystery
The game tracking mechanism relies upon your honesty when logging geocaches as found or hidden.
The games administrators will undertake verification of a statistically significant number of logs.
Players who continually log inaccurate information will be disqualified from the game. The game administrators decision is final.
The game administrators will subtract qualifying hide or find geocaches from your tally if they are found to be not genuine.
The game administrators reserve the right to provide clarifications to the rules at any point during the game.
Don't forget to claim your limited time game trophies, if your qualify, while the game is in progress. Once the game completes the ability to claim your trophies is lost for ever.

Was this the 12th man (er dino) from the last games? haha. I have a spare one too somewhere. Glad yours scored a guernsey this time around, mine is still on the bleachers
Prickle Back went for a drive to the Huon, missed out on cherrys (orchard not yet open) but scored some raspberries. Left as a surprise near the shed.
Added to the table at the Moveables are here event at Riverside this evening. Happy travels little y's Prickle Back.

This fine summer's evening attended geocaching australia event: The Moveables are Here!!, graciously hosted by Tassie Trekkers. Was fortunate to make it to the event as was not working and I only noted that it was going to be held on the previous evening - almost missed it. So many moveables in the one spot, roughly 150 in attendance. Nothing for it but to record a couple of notebook pages full of numbers. A very cute little prickler found among others on the table, a joint *FTF*.. thanks..!!
