Description

You have a drive in the country to reach GZ .

This cache has been placed  in the Hillsdale area on Hillsdale Road.  There a few ways you get get to GZ so do some research before you attempt this one and do not blindly follow your GPSr.

If you come from Booie area then you will drive west along Hillsdale Road. If you  come from the Colloabunia area then you will be travelling along several roads. If you leave from Kingaroy then you do need to research your route.

You are seeking a regular sized Sistema container placed deep down a stump. Best approach from the fence side.

This hide has been published to compliment all the other GCA hides in the area. You can make a full day visit to Nanango just to hunt for GCA hides and

there are significan number of other hides within 20 Km of Nanango as well. Be wary of snakes and they are not about just in Summer. Watch your step in the grass as there may be concealed objects in the ground.

#GA3520 - 13:18; Day 2 of the South East Queensland tour with Sol de lune. Made it to Nanango late yesterday after getting belted by a storm later in the afternoon/early evening. Much to our relief the heavy rain seems to be moving on and it is only overcast and occasional light drizzle this morning. Spending today caching around Nanango and Kingaroy and hoping to clear a swag of GCA puzzles from the 'solved but unfound' list we have been compiling for the past couple of years. We were now underway and enjoying a variety of cache types and hides, some taking longer than other to make the find amongst the long grasses and having to make the right choice from the variety of possibilities available. Also enjoyed solving the puzzles, even though there was plenty of head scratching and later on forehead slapping along the way! Nice to grab another aptly named cache and a *FTF* to boot Whistle Apologies for the generic logs. TFTC tadpole3 Very HappyClan Cerberus

2nd day of a 5 day trip around south-east Queensland with LuckyL10n and today we were in Nanango to grab a few more of the local offerings. All up my 3rd trip to this area, but there are few cachers to grab. We encountered wild weather in Brisbane yesterday, however today started with very little rain and no wind...thankfully.

Heading into Kingaroy now and this was our next stop. No problems and the cache was soon in hand.A

Thanks for the cache Youngoldfella. Cache all good.
