The hint didnt make any sense till i was on top of the cache and it made for an easy find, i turned it over the find swarm of beetles protecting the cache, a quick shake and I moved them on for the moment, names added to the log and replaced as found.
I was hidden from view but i'm sure the rozzers spotted me from their divivan as they drove past.

Took a slight detour this way after camping at Policeman’s Point. Heading back to Tomahawk to visit friends. This took a bit of searching, the hint threw us a bit. Eventually found the cache. TFTC

Today I had to go to winnaleah go fix a customers tractor, luckily everything went smoothly and I had extra time up my sleeve so as I wasn’t far from pioneer I decided to grab a few caches before I headed back to work.
Initially pulled up on the wrong side of the bridge but looked at gps which still said 100m away so i drove over the other side. Quickly found the hint item and the cache was recovered and signed placed back into hiding then onto the next cache. TFTC

#GA4103 - 09:55; I wasn't planning a caching day today, but with double dZ points on offer, I decided to get out nice and early for a quick trip and collect some of the newer caches around the north east, which have appeared since my last visit in some places I'd never been, or had not visited for many years. Collected a couple of GC caches in Branxholm before heading out to the Mt Paris Dam then on to Derby for coffee and a cache before heading along the Frome Road for a couple more. Did a U-Turn and headed back and along the dirt roads towards Pioneer via Garibaldi. Parked across the road from GZ and after a short scramble up the bank found myself with cache in hand. Today we took our muggle travelling companions to the Little Blue Lake. On the way back we detoured on to a road we had never travelled to before to look for this cache.
While Mr Beetle checked out the river from the bridge I headed off to find this cache. It was an easy find once the clue was spotted. Guess we get to claim a 2TF here too.
Thanks.

We were getting towards the end of our trip when we stopped to look for this cache. We remember the old bridge from earlier trips before our caching days and this bridge is certainly an improvement.
We checked our GPS's and yes, we do have to go up there. After a short scramble, being wary of the possibility that crawlers may have retreated from sunning themselves, we spotted an object that matched the hint but when we turned it over could not spot the cache. A careful poke of the rushes revealed the container, well hidden from the casual gaze. Another blank log rewarded us with our third {FTF} at 16:40.
Thanks for the cache Tassie Trekkers. We were pleased that we only saw one snake today, a large tiger crossing the road just out of Lilydale. Possibly it was too hot even for the reptiles.
