Description
Near to GZ you'll find a plaque explaining of the name of this location, and itshistory. I was surprised to learn about the dominant trees in the area pre 1836.
The cache is a black bison cotaining only a log sheet, so please bring your own writing impliment.
Near to GZ you'll find a soccer practice pitch, a Petanque Club, a playground, and tennis courts. In the playground area are some pleasant spots for a sitdown, and there are toilets too. It's a nice area, so if you have the time, come searching prepared to linger a little.

No muggles in sight today, took a few minutes to find but all is good and log is dry.

I wasn't full of confidence on approach to this geocache, being a micro in a tree. As luck would have it though, I found the bison tube in the first place I searched!
Thanks Whheels.

Today we were in the area on our way back after finding the Alice caches and couldn't drive passed this one. Accurate coordinates enabled us to make a quick find of a well hidden little cache. Container and log were in good condition.
Thanks for this cache WHHEELS. We enjoyed our visit to this multi use community area. We may bring the grand daughters her later.

Thank you Whheels
My final day in Adelaide, travelled from Perth WA to visit family here, and grab as many caches as can squeeze in. Spoilt by such lovely weather and friendly locals.
During this trip achieved 4x FTF's (GA), picked up a dozen moveables; plus the highlight being my D/T grid (GC) now filled after finding one up a tree.
Huge THANK YOU to local cachers: J&J, Laighside Legends, andrewbt, Atreyu1982, Blackadders, OzGrumpy, weredunn4 & Jacknor whom all contributed towards my success.
What an adventure, visiting: Adelaide CBD, Showground, Glenelg & Seacliff Holdfast Bay, McLaren Vale, Onkaparinga, Hawthorndene, Carrick Hill, Kensington Park, Teringie, Prospect, Elizabeth, Port Adelaide, Garden Island, Gawler, Nuriootpa Barrossa; and an impressive collection of planes at Greenock Aviation Museum!
