Description
The Kookaburra is also known as the Laughing Kookaburra for its unusual call. The call sounds like kook-kook kook-kook kakaka. If there are more around they will all join in like a contagious laugh. The Laughing Kookaburra is approx 47cm with a big bill. Brown crown, brown eye, dark brown ear patch and brown wings with a mottled blue patch. They can be found mostly in the Eastern area of Australia, Tasmania, and south of WA

Attended a farewell event at Bells Parade at Latrobe and passed on all the moveable caches we had in the vehicle to another team that was also in attendance
Out and about on a beautiful autumn day to rehide some moveables we'd had for a bit and couldn't resist the chance to pick these ones up to try to do more in the Crystal Cavern. We weren't sure if they'd still be in place after the last found log but there they were just waiting for us. We'll try to get these back out again as soon as possible, thanks for the cache
We spent the long weekend in the area working through some geoart and anything else that caught our attention.
We don't often go to the moveables but figured why not. Way too many to move them all but we had a lot of fun meeting them. TFTCs

Handed to Tassie Trekkers at a family catchup.
After finding ourselves with a bag of moveables we needed to get them back out again while the Blitz competition is still on in case anyone else needs them
This moveable cache was one of a group in a bag that arrived on our doorstep. This will help our tally in the Blitz game we hope, moving them all out again will be a big job but all part of the fun. We'll get them out again in the next couple of days. Thanks for the cache
This morning i was handed a bag of moveables by Trimbletas, this moveable was one of many in the bag. Thanks for a great moveable.
Found close to my gate today after a couple of shady looking characters arrived. Thanks for the presents. Will move on tomorrow TFTC
Found in the hands of budgietas then moved to trimbletas.

Thanks for the moveable, it was one of the "attendees" at this evening's Moveable Madness Blitz event, an event within an event.
Found this cache at the recent movable event and took it to Ulverstone along with a bag of others.
After a day out caching with WhiteWebbs, Tassie Trekkers and Gooseandegg it was nice to attend the event and catch up with so many other GCA players, while there is found this moveable.

A day out for double points started on the Paradise Peninsula, Sandford then down to Tasman Peninsula and off to the middle of Tasmania to Tunbridge, (well almost) and back to Oatlands for tea with muggle Mum and Tassie Trekkers. That was foiled due to everything being shut on the public holiday. Had to resort to a monte carlo biscuit and thermos coffee! Good to catch up with family and swap some moveables. Now headed North.
A chance encounter with the last finder led to finding this cute moveable. TFTM

Found partying with my gnomes and a lot of other creatures! I keep telling them "no more parties", but do they listen?
The Travelling Kookaburra has travelled with us for a while so thought we'd take this opportunity to drop him off, along with a couple of others, so he can continue his journey
Found with a group of other moveable caches during a catchup with a couple of other teams. We compared notes about recent trips and upcoming ones and exchanged ideas about caching experiences. As we are about to head off to the big island some of these caches have had only the briefest of visits to Tassie. TFTC
After a short trip this cache is on the move again.
Oh Dear!! Went to log a move on this cache and found we had not logged a find - So sorry caughtatwork. Picked up as we headed to the boat.
