I have been to Ireland several times and everything over there seems to be a shade of green. Perhaps because of a lot of rain and "soft days" ( days of very heavy mist or drizzle). I will celebrate later with a nice Irish stew and a Bushmills single malt. I gad a really nice Irish stew in a pub after kissing the Blarney Stone. Happy St Paddy's Day.

My sisters birthday is on St Patricks Day so we usually celebrate it with a green drink. Today she was travelling back from US hoping to get back safely before COVID19 really hits the fan and I am flat out at work as the panic sets in. All I could do this year to celebrate St Patricks Day was to wear my green clothes out for a walk after work

At home thinking of our son on this his Birthday working from home in Brisbane. Came across this location less. Green Geocaching Shirt from the 2012 Albury Wodonga Mega. TFTL

Well I figure this cache is available for a short 1 day window each year, so I better get onto it! I gave up drinking last weekend but hey, my favourite beer - Kilkenny - is on special, so off to the bottlo for a couple six packs. Ah the memories, and lack of memories... I remember working one St Pats in a pub (the Friesian & Firkin) on London, afterwards I went to another pub where I knew the barman, every time I asked for a Guiness he served me two and refused to let me pay. I had this lovely green hat which I gave away to some lady who asked for it. And I seem to remember taking this lovely lass to an Irish pub on Cleveland St in Sydney, I'm not if the pub is even still there. In any case it didn't work out And there was some plant in the grass at my son's preschool, I swear it looked like it ONLY had four leaf clovers. We thought it might have been a mutant plant. We had planned to sneak out a sample to grow but never did. It's probably a very common on-clover, but until then its location will remain a mystery!

At the end of two days looking after our two grand-daughters, we took some well earned R&R when their parents returned from an interstate trip. When notification of this cache came through, Mrs y'stassie joined in the spirit of the day and raided the immediate area for things of green with the required photo added to the Gallery. Thanks Cybergran V for the cache.

There is an event today at Kids town nearby where they have a living leprechaun running around the gardens for the kids to try to catch
