Take a photo of someone walking on stilts
Once a common sight at street parades and fairs, these fun people to watch are a bit harder to find these days.
I’m not talking about kids walking on a couple of upturned cans with string attached, we’re looking for the real deal here.
What I want to see photos in the gallery of is you and a stilt walker.
That way it gives the perspective of the height and danger involved by those brave people who risk falling, just to entertain us.

A recent photo of stilt walkers in a Lismore shopping centre. Our great grandson was very excited to be included in the photo with the Santa's helpers stilt walkers.

I've been looking around for these for so long.
On this sunday I was attending the geotour event in Ballarat.
While collecting caches around the city I stopeed in the centre of town.
There was a little entertainment and some stilt walkers.
I took a few photos and moved on.

We saw a group of stilt walkers when we visited the Byron Bay Blues Festival. Lots of people were in front of them posing for photos so we went behind and took our shot.
Was a great festival. Had a lot of fun.

When son dalerious is not at work, or out Geocaching, he can sometimes be found stilt walking to entertain crowds at festivals.
Yesterday he was in action at the Albanian Festival at the Shepparton Showgrounds.
Seen here in action with another stilt walker, they were a great hit with the children.
