Description

A Cache hidden in Spirit of the 10x HIDES - Try NOT to be seen - STEALTH and a biro will be needed

Campbell Town is a stop over village for those travelling from on end of Tasmania to the other

It is a re-fuelling town

A place to have a coffee or food

It is also a place to collect a cahe

To find this one; solve the puzzle and gain a smiley

SOUTH

Hear the sledges with the bells—

                 Silver bells!

What a world of merriment their melody foretells!

        How they tinkle, tinkle, tinkle,

In the icy air of night!

        While the stars that oversprinkle

All the heavens, seem to twinkle

           With a crystalline delight;

         Keeping time, time, time,

In a sort of Runic rhyme,

To the tintinabulation that so musically wells

From the bells, bells, bells, bells,

               Bells, bells, bells—

From the jingling and the tinkling of the bells.

        Hear the mellow wedding bells,

                 Golden bells!

What a world of happiness their harmony foretells!

EAST

I heard the bells on Christmas Day
Their old, familiar carols play,
And wild and sweet
The words repeat
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!

And thought how, as the day had come,
The belfries of all Christendom
Had rolled along
The unbroken song
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!

Till ringing, singing on its way,
The world revolved from night to day,
A voice, a chime,
A chant sublime
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!

Then from each black, accursed mouth
The cannon thundered in the South,
And with the sound
The carols drowned
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!

It was as if an earthquake rent
The hearth-stones of a continent,
And made forlorn
The households born
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!

And in despair I bowed my head;
‘There is no peace on earth,’ I said;
‘For hate is strong,
And mocks the song
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!’

Then pealed the bells more loud and deep:
‘God is not dead, nor doth He sleep;
The Wrong shall fail,
The Right prevail,
With peace on earth, good-will to men.’

Although I had this solved quite some time ago my first two attempts to make the find were made not viable due to the GZ being the Muggle Capital of the area. Today I was here very early so no muggles and success at last. Thank you for the challenge and the cache. Very Happy

Hi Old Saint...this cache was on my hitlist for today so left home around 5am to arrive at gz by 7am.
Had the puzzle sorted awhile back and rather pleased as I normally have trouble with your crafty puzzles.
Had called in previously but too many muggles at the time.
This morning had to wait out 2 muggles and soon after had found the cache.
Cache in good nick.
Many thanks for a top cache and another Old Saint puzzle crossed off but many more to go...cheers ST.
Now to continue on to Geilston Bay to catch up with a good mate...none other than the CO himself... Very Happy

finally I got here at a time when I could have a easy search without muggles all over the place

found in the 3rd place I looked

thanks for the cache

Thanks for the puzzle Old Saint.
RLD4963, the GeoGSP, and I were on our way north for the weekend and decided to stop off in Campbelltown for coffee and to stretch the legs.
I enjoyed this puzzle and solved it not long after it was published, so just waiting for the opportunity to go searching for it. We had to pick our moments to search due to muggles but eventually it was spotted and the log signed.

Solved this a couple of months ago, not long after it came out. We stopped in town for a late snack this afternoon. While I was feeding the goslings, the egg went off to find the cache. I was eventually summoned because I had a pen! Rolling Eyes
Thanks OldSaint

We solved this one a long time ago but it was a case of third time lucky for the find. Really don't know how we missed this one before!!!!
Lunch time wasn't the best time to search for this one and we spent quite a while on the phone to our imaginary friend as a decoy.
Thanks, good to finally cross this one off.

This puzzle was a quick solve some time ago. Today was our first trip through the Town of Bells where we were able to make a quick find of a familiar cache container. Only three cars in the car park when we arrived so find, sign and return were not interrupted by muggles.

Thanks for this cache Old Saint. Foggy and a coolish three degrees this morning.

Had no trouble solving this puzzle but on our first attempt at searching for it on Wednesday we were muggled out. As we were returning this way today we decided to have a look again on the way home. Muggles were again a problem but we still came up empty handed. Not in the obvious spots but perhaps we weren't thinking outside the circle enough.
Thanks. Hopefully it will be third time lucky for this one.

Day 1 of Mega Road trip and we score a FTF @ 11.20 am. A very busy spot, had to make a coffee, visit the facilities as we out waited the muggles before we could put our hands on the cache container. A fun puzzle. TFTP
