Description
The cache is NOT at the listed coordinates but elsewhere.
Peppermint Grove was named after the peppermint trees (Agonis flexuosa) lining its many streets. It has been rated as Australia's most expensive suburb. The Shire of Peppermint Grove is Australia's smallest local government authority. Former Premier Colin Barnett dubbed it "Australia's Monaco".
Container is a plastic preform tube with screw-top lid; BYO pen.
Prior to being published this DragonZone (LGA) was the only remaining within Perth Metro to not yet host an available GA listing; thus this one now provides opportunity for one to achieve the Perth Capitalist Trophy.

Logs
Had a good look for about 25 minutes, found a rock that looked out of place but it wasn't hiding anything. Searched lots of holes and around a bit of a landslip but came away with nothing but more mosquito bites
We were running late for the Giff too!
Thanks anyway Lazarus_68

Given lack of confidence in final coords I shall re-visit GZ with GPSr more than once to sample averaged coordinates.
