Mr T and Mr W (whitewebbs) spent the day walking the floor of Leven Canyon and found your cache along the way.
Took a bit of searching before the cache was found, it was in good condition and they enjoyed the walk to this one.

Mr W headed out caching with Mr T from Tassie Trekkers in the Leven Canyon. It was a great walk with spectacular views along the way. This was one of 8 caches targeted today. Unfortunately 2 were dnfs but we managed to find this one. TFTC

With a fine day forecast we decided that a visit to the Leven Canyon was in order. It had been several years since our last visit and we looked forward to a short walk to the spectacular gorge.
When we turned off and started to head towards the start of the walk we were a little dismayed to see that there was a considerable amount of smoke in the area and we soon came across signs indicating forestry burn offs. Fortunately the track to the gorge floor was still open. The track down has under gone an upgrade since we were last here and we were soon in the vicinity of GZ. We were very aware of the sensitive nature of the hide so moved very cautiously. After a 10 minute search we spotted something a little out of place and soon had the cache container in hand. On opening the container we were greeted by a blank log sheet - a {FTF} at 10:10. After replacing the cache we enjoyed the view across the gorge before walking across the bridge.
Thanks for this cache Hilberts. A beautiful spot and a good hide. There was plenty of water cascading down the Leven today.
