Description
We've all seen them... humourous signs in store windows or on display boards outside. Sometimes thought provoking turns of phrase, sometimes clever puns, and sometimes groaners, but often remarkable for one reason or another. Here's your chance to share some of your favourites with the rest of the world. Simply take a picture of a humourous or ironic sign at a commercial establishment (no churches for this one, please), with your GPS included in the shot. Post it in your log with anything you want to add about the location, etc., and don't forget the coordinates.
Logs
Amusing sign in the bottle shop in Devonport. Bit hard to get myself in the photo. It was busy.
Bridge st, Richmond, Tasmania
An appropriate sign for Drink Tasmania Tasting House.

This is a little different but I hope it is acceptable. This was featured at a very expensive event called Savour Tasmania that was an annual event for a few years.
The Mini Bar is not quite what you'd expect.

Spotted this in the framing store in Harrington Street, Hobart. Every week they have a different offering. I am always happy to wait here for a change of lights so I can see this week's message. Today I parked nearby so I could get the photo. TFTL

Spotted this one while on a trip to Sydney.
Nice little ferry trip from Circuliar Quay.
Stopped for coffee took a snap and was on my way.
Can you feel it!

Canturf is a local business that sells ready to lay turf. They are well known for the 'play on words' signs that relate to the business. Attached are photos of 2 of their signs in prominent areas along the main road adjacent to them.

Hi skramble
I found this situation hilariously funny
The "GEMCRAFTS" sign has "Parking at REAR" written on it
This car obviously tried to get to the "REAR" by going straight through
This situation is a real "GEM"
In this case, ALP could stand for "All Lateral Parking"
As far as ALP Members Office; this is taking being with their constituents to a new degree - it's an "OFFICE" not a garage nor a repair shop!!!
Sainted this cache at 1040 hours
TFTC and cheers

Found this on the window of a store which obviously wasn’t too concerned about making a profit, whilst looking for a nearby cache.
At least they were honest about it

When in Willunga, we saw this very humurous sign outside a butcher's shop. Drawing a comparison between wild rabbits and free range poultry, from a town north-west of Adelaide (variation of the word "burrow" to describe rabbits' homes) and using "Warren" (another name for rabbits' home) is creative and humourous. The required photo has been aded to the Gallery. Thanks skramble for the locationless cache.
