Description
Beckom Rest Area
I was out passing by Beckom and needed a rest. I found myself stopping at this unique 'Rest Area' which included many eye catching displays and murals. I was also surpised that there weren't any caches placed here. This cache is a good start and I hope in the near future someone will put a physical cache here.

The Cache:
To claim a find on this cache simply take a photo of yourself and/or GPS with, at least one, of the many displays located at GZ. Please include this photo with your log. Enjoy :)
JohnoMawbs has placed a physical cache about 60m from the rest area. It is called: NAR - Beckom Rest Area (GC8JN27)

Stopped here for a break on our way to Cowra. Thanks for the reason to stop.
Today I am travelling between Griffith and Yass doing a couple of GCA caches a lot plus some faved GC caches or ones that happen to be in the same general location like this one. I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived here but the murals certainly brighten the place up. Sadly, or maybe thankfully, I didn't see any Bunyips whilst here. Oh wait, yes I did. hehe
We are on our way from Melbourne to Brisbane to visit our son. My husband stopped the car here for a rest break and I was very happy to find out that there was a cache here.
We looked around at the various displays, took some photos and then continued our journey.
Thank you WotheNeeds2 for this cache.

I was heading off to Adelaide for the Christmas break, but I was never going to go the most direct way. I managed to find plenty of caches to do on a way I do not usually have many to do. This was a big rest area, but in the heat of the day no one was here and I grabbed my 8mage and moved on.
Thanks
Alabida.

With a morning free I took the opportunity to head out and attempt this trail of caches that popped up back in may plus a few more resent caches that are also located along the same stretch of road. According to the GCA map there was only six caches but when I was out there finding the caches I found an archived moveable cache which is very much alive and available to be found. BONUS! All caches were quick and enjoyable to find. I would like to thank all CO’s of the caches I found for allowing them to bring enjoyment to me and the rest of the caching community. TFTC’S and TFTTP’s
P.S. The moveable caches has been left at above coordinates for the next finder to move on.
P.P.S. Friday 04 October 2019, I am hosting a CITO (GC8D448) and everyone is invited to join me. Hope to see you there.
