Description
We were heading eventually to QOGM 2019 but decided to have a few days RnR at Lara Wetlands on the way. Pa stopped near here to refuel the geomobile and I needed some refuelling too. Many of us had found all the caches in the area last year, so a new one is required for anyone coming through this area in 2019.

It was another 40 degree day we busied ourselves inside in the air conditioned motel before emerging once the temperature started to drop. This was our first cache for the afternoon. It was higher than expected so Mrs y'stassie resorted to a tip toes performance. Container and contents were in good condition.

I filled up here last night. It certainly wasn't cheap! Then came back during daylight hours and found this cache.

A nice shady rest area in the afternoon which was lucky as we needed to outwait some muggles in a ute. Thought as they left and we were on our way to the cache we heard a thud. It appears they hadn't done up their tailgate and a folding chair had fallen out. Further up the road was a plastic container. We hung the chair on the fence but they probably wouldn't be aware of the problem till their next stop and they were short of a chair.

I headed out for a long day caching from Blackall to Barcaldine and on to Aramac. I was very happy with all the places I got to visit along the way. This was just a quick jaunt into the park behind the rest area and was all in good order when I found it.

Staying in Barcaldine on our way to QOGM 2019 this was on our to do list. Didn't realise it was a *FTF* until we found it @ 09.30 hrs.Cache and contents in good condition.
