As we travelled east today, we stopped to look for this cache. We had to hunt around for a few minutes, eventually the cache was located - well buried. The cache and contents were in reasonable condition. Thanks Tassie Trekkers for the cache.

Great Northern escape 2022 Day 133. Emerald to The Gemfields. After a great week of caching around Emerald, I headed an hour down the road to do the caches around Sapphire and Rubyvale. I left th can in Sapphire and ventured on to visit several roadside caches and a great hill climb for an Earth cache. I finished with a failure in the cemetery, oh well.

The cache was happily sitting in its spot waiting for me to make the find today.

A quiet day in Anakie... the main shop is permanently closed and what I thought might be the hub at the rest area, the coffee van, wasn't there on weekends. Or maybe not at all at present. A great place to get away from crowds. TFTC Tassie Trekkers.
