Description
A cache to communicate some communications to you
The history of communication technologies (media and appropriate inscription tools) have evolved in tandem with shifts in political and economic systems, and by extension, systems of power. Communication can range from very subtle processes of exchange, to full conversations and mass communication. The history of communication itself can be traced back since the origin of speech circa 500,000 BCE. The use of technology in communication may be considered since the first use of symbols about 30,000 years BCE.
Among the symbols used, there are cave paintings, petroglyphs, pictographs and ideograms.
Writing was a major innovation, as well as printing technology and, more recently, telecommunications and the Internet.
Every person has a unique communication style, a way in which they interact and exchange information with others.
Groups have their methods too.
The militaries of the world used flags to indicate their allegiances; they used semaphore to communicate with each other later it was Morse; later still, radio communications and other modern technologies are now used
Codes were developed to keep communications secret
The blind developed Braille
The deaf used sign language
Computers were run on Binary figures
Pitman developed Short Hand
Don’t forget radio and television
The list goes on

I had managed to solve your puzzle sometime ago with out too much trouble.
Today it was an easy find, but I did have to wait for some muggles to leave before I could return the cache to it's hiding spot.
