Description
Red Head is a headland at Bendalong on the South Coast.
I was here a few years ago looking for the trig (S35 14.869 E150 32.597) & SSM but just like today, was unable to locate either. I have hidden a cache at One Tree Beach & on the return you can follow the Bendalong Headlank Walking Track heading north. When you see a forest of sheoaks find the track which takes you all the way to the end of Red Head. The trackhead: S35 14.783 E150 32.433. The track winds its way through the scrub & there are some good views over the ocean & hinterland, particulary near the windswept tree. The container is a waterproof Sistema & has a range of swaps including a fossil.
I didn't see any wiggly sticks but made my presence felt just in case. There were quite a few kangaroos along the way.

Many thanks Tuena, for placing this cache and bringing us to this area.
Staying at Lake Conjola for the weekend & before coming down checked the local area for anything new & there was.
Nice spot Bendalong, great ocean & coastal views on the way to the GZ, it's been a long time since I've been here.
Took the Pathtag (0701096) & the Australia Geocaching Badge.
Thanks For The Cache Tuena (and my first GA FTF)
