I was up early for a trip to Tarraleah. The main reason for the trip was planting some new caches in the area where I had traveled with my father as a child (He was working for the HEC). Unfortunately, didn't finish the job and another trip will be required to get the whole series out

I cant remember going out to Wayathinah Power Station before, so this I was keen to do.

Decided to go in search of caches to get more ammo for the battleship game. Left home at 9.30 am and returned at 6.30 pm covering 400 kms and this one was on the list and found. A cold day at Wayatinah. Terrain needs to be increased as cache is not wheelchair accessible. A quick find and a great spot for a cache. TFTC

Continued on our loop to a power station Mrs Y'stassie visited on a school excursion 56 years ago. Everything was very quiet, no-one in the parking area so we were able to make a quick find. Like the other containers this one also had about 2cm of water in the container. The zip lock bag had kept the log book roll dry. After signing the log we emptied the water out and dried the container. Hopefully this will keep things dry.

Thanks for this cache Hilberts and the trip down memory lane.

Today whilst working at Ouse i had extra time up m sleeve to travel back North so it was decided id come back via Wayatinah and Tarraleah then back from Bronte park to the Great Lake Hotel. I grabbed a hand full of caches along the way to make the drive more enjoyable.
Arrived at ground zero of this one to find a well concealed cache contgainer, the logbook was blank so it gave me the First to Find on this one @ 12:10pm.
