I meant to DNF this earlier this year, but couldn't find my login details. The date is therefore just an approximation. The cache itself, or at least the outer layer, is in excellent condition (and, until this month, perhaps 50 metres from one of my own GC.com caches.) Unfortunately I too failed to find the key, despite a fairly broad search! I guess I could have misinterpreted the provided numbers, but the area in question certainly seemed entirely plausible. Thanks nevertheless Tassie Trekkers!
Found the cache and carried to the key location. But unfortunately wasn't able to locate the key. Maybe I'm at the wrong place? I saw some little marked rocks, which seems to be placed here by someone. Oh well
I love a good reverse cache and this one did not disappoint!
After an epic day out with nirgalagrin, finding seven different sizes in a day, we stopped by here for a look.
At this time of night it was decided that the best option was to drive between waypoint.
Everything fell into place perfectly and we were soon signing the logbook.
Everything was then returned as we had found it.
Thanks for the Black Box Cache, Tassie Trekkers

Leap Day...
The last one coincided with my 3000th cache, and I wanted a way of making today special without wiping myself out in the process. Well, what better way than picking up smileys on long outstanding caches?
So n0w0rries and I teamed up for another few searches before the day (or half the night) ended.
We'd discussed going to check this one out while at the last of the Leap Day events... then got caught up in FTF shenanigans and forgot all about it... until I was taking him home and we still had some time left before midnight, and we remembered. Waving in the general direction of +Wife as we passed, off we hared to familiar territory.
This is the second Reverse cache I've attempted, and a fun one indeed. It's a good thing I packed decent torches and spare batteries for the day.
Thanks for this Black Box cache, Tassie Trekkers. In all, by the time we got the elements together and gotten our mitts on the (pristine, YAY!) log, and put everything back, a fair number of steps and two laps of the one-way system had been completed. Ordinarily I'd have walked it, but at dark o'clock, well, time was of the essence.
And it ticked over to midnight. So begins the four year wait...
