#GA5210 - 17:35; Day 11 of a road trip with Sol de lune for the CacheQLD - Dayboro Mega and we are now headed for home. After spending the night in Glen Innes, we headed south caching our way through Ben Lomond, Guyra, Armidale, Uralla then across Walcha and back to the New England Highway at Bendemeer before heading south again towards Tamworth where we plan to spend the night. Made a quick stop beside the highway so I could log this good sized cache. A quick find at GZ nearly two years after the last find. All in good order and awaiting the next visitor. Driving home from Alexandra and spending the night in Armidale. 7 hour drive to Nanango Queensland tomorrow. Saw the date this one was last found and after finding the one down the road, GA0562, liked my chances with this one. Parked off road and took a short walk down to the old bridge and walked to the end. Found the good sized container exactly where it was supposed to be as per the description. All good here. Parked next to Rose Valley Creek and Mr Beetle waited in the van while I walked the short distance through the long dry grass to the old bridge.
A quick find and it was good to be able to log this one without being visible to the passing traffic.
Unlike No 8 we couldn't park right next to this one.
Thanks.

Thanks for that postman Pat. TNLN, My first cache find, just starting out on this fun thing to explore with. Stopping at this bypassed bridge gives great views of the swiftly flowing creek under the new one.

Wrong bridge! Hmmm ah yes. Found easily, thanks.

found as part of a rocket building exercise. late at night, cold at night, what else do you do?

At least this bridge is easier to find than the others. With an FTF up for grabs everyone was looking furiously until I walked past Shifter Brains and grabbed the cache only meters away and the *FTF* was mine.

Thanks PP.

We were so close for the FTF - only seconds away to be beaten by gd___. We were distracted by the FTF that we forgot to get te code works from this one.
Thanks Postman Pat
