Description

When we published "GA14926 A Book Title", we intended that it be a "one off" cache. However following numerous representations to make book titles into a series, we have decided to do so. Today we will publish B to E and then the next letter daily after that. Enjoy

To log a find on this cache, you are required to

  • post a photo of a book you have at home where the title starts with the letter E
  • the photo must include something on the book or next to the book which identifies you (eg pathtag, sign with caching name etc)

Our example is "England versus Australia" by David Frith and our photo is

It is time to check your bookshelves or rummage around in boxes.

This one is one of Mr. S's favourites, Erebus by Michael Palin is an outstanding story of exploration and adventure.
Sir Joyn and Lady Jane Franklin feature in this account of the era quite a bit, with the links to Tasmania being made as the account unfolds.
A sad outcome for all in search of The Northwest Passage.

Electric Circuits by James Nilsson is my E book.

In my early years I had this great thought of being an electrical engineer.

Sadly this lasted 3 minutes before I flipped to commerce.

This is one of my theory books I still hold collecting dust.

"Educating Rita" by Willy Russell.

This play-write was one I read for English while studying the HSC. I really enjoyed it. The funny thing is I think I have seen or read this play-write in every form they ave produced it. Not because I liked it so much, because I didn't, it just happened to occur that way. I've read the play-write, watched the film starring Michael Caine and Julie Walters, and seen the Play, which was at the Lyric Theatre in Sydney in the late 1990s.

E was hard to find. Shocked Elephant Song had already been logged but I knew Agatha Christie wouldn't let me down. I inhereted all my sister's Agatha Christie books when she decluttered. When I want a good light hearted murder I read one even though I've read them all years ago. TFTL 2y'stassies.

Being full time on the road we don’t have room for too many books but fortunately we had bought a few at recent markets etc so had some we could use. We usually recycle them in caravan park laundries and op shops as we travel but have recently been holding on to them until this virus has eased it’s restrictions.
‘Every Living Thing’ by James Herriot is today’s choice Very Happy
