Description
Housed in a very distinct pink convent, BRAG is home to the largest collection of public art in Western Australia. The South West’s premier art gallery also offers a program of rotating art exhibitions. I love this old building and I'm so happy it wasn't demolished.
Convent of Mercy Group (fmr), a two-storeyed rendered-brick and corrugated steel convent and chapel complex in the Federation Gothic style, has cultural heritage significance for the following reasons: the place represents the role of the Sisters of the Convent of Mercy in both pastoral care and education in the Australind-Bunbury region of the State from the arrival of Mother Placida and two other nuns in 1883 until the closure of the convent circa 1979; the convent and two-storeyed convent chapel are notable representative examples of the Federation Gothic style of architecture typical of religious and educational institutions of the period.
To log this virtual just take a picture of you/and or GPS in front of a pink building. I'm sure there are lots out there.

Bundaberg CBD. This State heritage listed two storey building has a curved internal staircase, offering unique photo opportunities for groups and formals.
Close to local government offices, post office, cafes and shops, the first floor veranda offers
picturesque views of the CBD. The building’s striking pink façade and decorative arches make this venue a distinctive
feature of Bundaberg’s main street. There are two meeting rooms, an exhibition gallery and kitchenette. Reference Google and Wikipedia.
