Description
Sometimes when entering a library, an office block , a hotel or similar there are machines by the door to clean your shoes. I have seen quite a few different sorts. There are even some going into parks to sanitize your shoes or boots to help protect the wildlife. To log this cache you need to upload a photo you have taken of one, along with the coordinates. I have included some examples from the internet.

This one sits outside the Kingborough Council Civic Centre, in Kingston TAS. It is often so full of mud that it doesn't clean anything!
Luckily for me this is located at my workplace so a quick easy find for me

I spotted this well used one outside the local Waitara PCYC. I am sure it never used to have one, but there is a café inside that is used by workers from a building site over the road and also people relaying the local oval behind. I suspect they had been getting very muddy boots with the amount of rain we have had in Sydney this year. Thanks corunnaroad for the cache.

Found this shoe cleaner outside the Grand Hotel in Huonville, Tasmania
They're here for those farmers, bushies etc that come to the hotel after work
The publican hates having to spend money on cleaning the floors after a mess is made inside

Out and about getting a couple of GC caches with Rach2 and we briefly stopped here at Ambergate Reserve near Busselton when I saw the shoe cleaning station from the car. Amazing how these things stand out now that they are worth a smiley TFTC

What do you do during lockdown, well some gardening and a lot of head scratching working out jig saws and solving puzzles? Finding things that have been tidied up and hidden away during the home clean-up.
Called into my CFA today as we have a boot cleaning station outside the side door. I have seen plenty of these out in our national parks but have not been out there for some time so I hope this will pass.

Took a drive not too far from home to do this one. A lovely walk in Manea Park with a few GC caches there too. This park has some dieback areas and some dieback free areas so that's why the shoe cleaning station is in place, there is another on another trail
