We've had a few movables for way too long, so I went out for a drive and set them all free today.

I had travelled to Temora with Sol de Lune and Nibletricecakes where we discovered this moveable. TFTC

After meeting up with baby&Mrs gopher on the 12/3/21, I was handed a bag of moveable caches. This was one of the many caches I discovered. All caches will be moved on shortly. TFTC's

Out with Just a cacher on an afternoon caching run and we decided to grab this one as we passed by.

1st up I would like to apologise for keeping the movable for too long, could list many excuses & reasons but I won’t. I did this same long drive to drop off movables in this area 10 months ago & back then I was staring into lockdown with dunny paper like buying a gold bar / nugget & everything else flying of the shelves. 10 + months on I feel we are A lucky country (with some miss steps) – just look at the US & the EU & we are lucky.
So, no QR codes & masks needed today as I stayed away from all – breakfast (hot – toast & toasties & coffee machine) in the bush of the main HWY & rest break stops away from everyone, not even a service station needed - caches were in areas of low people numbers or nil. I set this capability up in lockdown. I look at it like traveling in remote areas you are away from everybody. At the moment I feel it is safer that way.
It was a GOOD long drive today – clocked up 730Km’s & very much enjoyed it with caches / trigs found
Now to the movable location: this is a side road of the main HWY

My trip to the Mega was great, found lab caches which while like gadgets are new icons to me. Found some great caches and brought back some neat ideas for new caches in Tasmania.

Discovered at the Clear Waters Catchup with a large bunch of other moveables. It was great to see such support for the Geocaching Australia site and it's caches. TFTC

So many moveables in one location at the Clear Waters Mega event in Queanbeyan. I'm not sure whether I have seen some of these before, but GCA says no, so I'd better find them officially now. TFTC & safe travels.

The Evil Emperor has been dethroned and captured by the Trekkers along with his loyal subjects of which Yuki was one. Nice to find a moveable we have not met before.

Nabbed him......and after a struggle, finally managed to get him in the car. So as to not have to move him too much, he will stay in the car until I can drop him off, probably this afternoon on the way to (yuk) work.

Temporary move till I find a place and relog

We came here earlier in the year to look for this movable and find the Trig Point it was getting too dark to hunt down this movable even though we did attempt to. I have been busy since and forgotten all about it until now. Today we were caching Mount Kembla and as I was heading back this way and had plenty of daylight left I thought I would call by and see if Yuki was still here. Hubz grabbed a very heavy Yuki and he saw another person coming our way and then retreat. A bit strange. He assumed the person may have been another cacher coming to collect Yuki too. A little later I noticed this person gave me more than a passing look, appeared more like a good look on passing. So I'm not quite sure what that was all about. Yuki is going to get a tub, looking very much like a little piglet instead of a bright glistening angel.

It took us about 1/2 hour to find our first cache . It was so much fun! Lot of laughing as we wove through the light brush. Thank you so much GabGab! My 10 year old daughter loved it , such a great introduction to geocaching!

Yuri has spread her wings for a little flutter to a near by hollow at the base of a big tree, not far from car park a little off the track. We thoroughly enjoyed finding our first cache "Yuri the Weeping Angel

Yuki has moved up in the world. This moving cache can be found close to some great views of Woolongong. It is now hidden not far from the car park, just next to one of the larger trees.

This one was a tough find, despite the size of the cache. We actually gave up, twice, but kept trying quitters luck until it worked. In the end it was a different colour to what we were expecting, and it blended in a little too well.

I lugged it back to the car, and have it in the company of thirteen other moving caches, all about to set off on a road trip to Sydney. Of all the fourteen caches we will take to the East coast, only three are not controlled by Minotaur. Woot!

As the day was very hot and mrs y'stassie was walking and Yuki is a very heavy cement angel she hasn't moved far. She is waiting for her next geocacher near the trail marker. If you are coming to collect her you might like to bring some muscles to carry her.

While walking the trail to find the October OTD caches we noticed that Yuki was hidden near by. Mrs y'stassie made a detour to look for this angel and soon had it in hand. After sitting for over a year Yuki was pleased to be moving along

We moved this Angel to a new location where he/she can enjoy the Christmas Season.

Hidden in a tomb to scare the next person foolish enough to try and find it. My fuel consuption has improved greatly since dropping it off too .

Parked up close and walked over to where my GPSr was pointing, hmmmm I wonder what is under this ...... wow ...... now thats scarey. I managed to not blink and escaped to live another day.
