Welcome to Irishtown

Irishtown is a locality and small rural community in the local government area of Circular Head, in the North West region of Tasmania. It is located about 8 kilometres south-east of the town of Smithton. The original name of the locality may have been “Upper Duck River”. The current name was confirmed in 1972. While Duck River does not flow through the locality several of its tributaries do.

Inglewood is a township in Victoria, Australia, located on the Calder Highway in the Shire of Loddon. At the 2011 census Inglewood had a population of 1058
Our close friends once owned the Post Office in nearby Bridgewater on Loddon.
I have visited this area many times.
However today's photo is courtesy of the google guy.

Again on our travels with the kids when they were younger. we had a very nice stay here and they came home with very interesting rock samples after a tour with helmets on. Thanks BEETLES2 Clapping

Iron Knob is a town in the Australian state of South Australia on the Eyre Peninsula immediately south of the Eyre Highway. At the 2006 census, Iron Knob and the surrounding area had a population of 199. Wikipedia

I happened to be in Ingleburn, a south western suburb of Sydney, last week to do an Adventure Lab. It was quite interesting because I've never had reason to venture into the middle of town before.
