Description
A cache placed for the 2020 Game of Games
This night cache will take you on a journey through a secion of the Trevallyn Reserve, approx 800m return walk.
Starting from the listed co ordinates locate the 1st reflector and follow the single markers till you find a tree with 3 vertical reflectors marking your end point. Flash your torch around to find 2 nearby horizontal markers and the cache location.
There is a bush track to follow and there is no need to wander from the track until you seek the cache.
As always please be aware of your surroundings, you are sharing the bush with it's inhabitants. Take a strong torch to guide you as the track is rocky and uneven with tree roots and branches.
Cache contains log book and swaps, please bring your own pen.

Hi Trekkers
A very early start to today
Met up with Budge and headed toward Launceston
Our main objective for the day was Rocherlea Trail
But on the way we would get those that were accessable
Half way through the walk we contacted the CO who met up with us and then our plans changed and we had anjoyable afternoon in the good company of Icybeetas
Really good to meet you today Ian - Thanks for sharing you arvo with us
For the day I netted 33 caches and a heap of moveables to boot
That effort saw me walk 10.40 kilometres
This cache was found quickly as my 23rd for the day - it was Sainted at 1620 hours
Thanks for another great caching day Budge

A trip to Launceston was on the cards today with an old and sainted mate. Had an enjoyable day even so. Met icybeetas (A highlight of the day) after completing a few of his caches in the rocherlea trail series which were very enjoyable. Also enjoyed a night cache pod cache by Tassie Trekers.

After completing some tasks in Launceston we hung around until the light faded sufficiently to make a start on this cache. It was nice to see the twinkling light up ahead as we shone our torches at the starting spot. We were off on the hunt. The well spaced stars beckoned us onward and upward. We found the path easy to follow and soon reached the end marker and spotted the hide. Cache was well hidden and in good condition.

This has been unfound for a little while so I set off with high expectations of a FTF. However on my way several of the moveables on the route were “missing” . Maybe someone else has beaten me up this track! Well spaced out reflectors lead me to a well concealed geocache. Yes there was a name in the logbook so my suspicions proved correct! Congratulations dankpig on your FTF. I was attacked by mosquitoes in my quest for the cache. TFTC Tassie Trekkers. A fun cache to do.

Am most surprised that this night cache has remained unclaimed for so long.
With dusk coming on decided that tonight was the night for a trek through the Trevallyn Reserve.
A well laid trail with little flashes awaited to guide me to the hide. Easily located amongst the litter, nicely done.
The only downer was fighting off the piss ants which attacked as I sat to put me mark upon the page.. thanks.. !!
