Wow! This is a different version of a night cache. What a fantastic idea! Out with stainless steel rat on Sunday and we came to find this cache.
If it was GC I would give it a favourite point. Being GCA I can give it the 5 stars it deserves, and a recommendation.

Found this one with Gooseandegg on a day out getting some nice caches with this one the highlight of the day, we both enjoyed this different night cache.

So a walk along seven mile beach late after work to find the latest Christmas cache was timed so I arrived at this cache as the sun was just going dark. Had some trouble getting coordinates but eventually found the cache. Great concept of a cache and nice area to walk in except the spider webs between trees

We were in the area to hunt for the latest Christmas cache so decided to look for this cache on our way back. We arrived at the published coordinates at 20:45 and soon found an interesting instalation. We had to wait a short time for the light to fade a little more before we could see the message we needed. Code obtained we had a short fight with our technology before the final location was revealed. Torches in hand we headed to the hide where we found a well hidden container. The contents were in good condition.

Thanks for this night cache with a difference AlbyDangles. The tide was right out today so we walked along the beach which was most enjoyable. This was a really memorable caching experience. We appreciate the effort you have put into producing this cache.

I got a message from EeePees that he and KingSmev were heading nearby to five mile beach late this afternoon and that this cache was on their list to find. I'm not one to go out looking for night caches by myself, so thought this would be a good chance to have a look for this cache. After finding a few other caches nearby we located this one and waited for the right conditions to collect the information required. A little while later we were able to add our names to the log.
This is a really good night cache. Well put together and thought out. Thanks for the adventure.

Hi AlbyDangles many thanks for this special night cache.
After 9 holes of frisbee golf and a sausage sizzle at Poimena Reserve a bit earlier this afternoon, KingSmev and I eventually found ourselves in the general area picking off a couple of caches.
A bit later we met up with Lil Rafa and the geoGSP and we filled in a bit of time with some more local finds, and a bit of a walk, while we waited for the sun to disappear.
After a bit, the required info was to hand, and we set off to the actual GZ, where Lil Rafa made the find.
Brilliant concept cache, thanks mate.

Easy walk to GZ. Caught by WhiteWebbs while retrieving the information to locate the cache. A joint search with WhiteWebbs and the cache was soon in hand. Nice to catch up with WhiteWebbs. TFTC and the effort required to place this particular cache.

Joint FTF with Dna! What a well constructed beacon cache we found at GZ, very cleverly put together. Everything worked well and we soon located GZ and a blank log book. TFTBC
