I really like this location. It was the dribble marks down the rockface that caught my attention here. I don't think I've ever seen something quite like that before. It just seemed different from other places like Bald Rock. I had to take a couple of photos of course.

#GA5166 - 14:45; Day ten of a road trip with Sol de lune for the CacheQLD - Dayboro Mega. After a big day of caching around Dayboro yesterday, wrapping up with the trivia event in the evening, we set off early this morning for home. The mission for the day was to cache our way south collecting GCA and GC caches along the way, as far west as Warialda before finishing the day at Glen Innes. Now south of the border, we set off for me to grab the Mackenzie trig, then off to see if we could find the Granite Drive series. Second stop and grabbed a park close to GZ. Made much easier work of the find here and again found a blank log book for a joint *FTF*. Great views of the granite belt for sure! TFTC MattyRx Very HappyClan Cerberus

Heading after the CacheQLD Mega and LuckyL10n and I had our eyes on this series from our early planning days. Today was the day we were here and although the weather was not that kind to us, we headed around the road picking each one up as we went. This was another interesting GZ to visit and we had a good look around while we were there. I've visited some neat granite fields before....and this was easily up there with the best. No problems finding this one and ours names were soon in the log as FTF.

Thanks for series MattyRX.....a great spot to the hour or so we did. Very HappyVery Happy Couple of photo's attached....
