I've no idea why this is called Fringe Code, but this is the easier one you have all earned after the last few.
Just keep an eye on the fireflies.
The Fringe Code and the Code to Decipher are both in the Gallery

In line with amendments made to requirements for listing and finding a Locationess geocache, this geocache has been reviewed and found not be in line with the listing requirements.
Locationless Cache Wiki Information
Armchair style Locationless caches where the finder is not required to explore the real world, identify a location and accompany the 'Find' with photographic evidence are no longer accepted.
A Locationless cache listing must require the finder to locate an object or perform a task in the real world, collect the co-ordinates and log the find with accompanying photographic evidence.
The geocaching community would like to thank you for listing this Locationess geocache and congratulations to all that found this locationless geocache.
As the geocache no longer meets the requirements we will archive the cache listing.

Thats one I did not know but Google was my friend
Thought there were identical symbols until I realised there were little round brown things.
That realisation helped solve this code a little bit easier.
Thanks.

Easy enough to get through....which is more than I can say for some of the others lately. Still, we press on.
Thanks again Cybergran V.

Haven't seen this code before. It could have had a nice fitting name like firefly code but that's just me wondering about the fringe relevance. Thanks Cybergran V.

Thanks for today's code Cybergran V ... you're right, 'twas a bit easier than the last couple!
We are amazed (and pleased) that, as busy as you are, you still manage to publish our daily lesson. Thank you.
This is an interesting code. We didn’t notice the fireflies at first. They helped a lot.
Thanks again Cybergran V.

Bit late today. We took advantage of an early start and went interstate for a couple of caches, arriving home at midday.
Not long home when a local cache was published so a quick drive in 42° heat to get FTF.
Then home for a sleep in the cool house.
