What an amazing way to start my holidays from work. Geo-events, traveling, meeting up with friends and finding many different caches made it fun! It’s so nice to finally be able to do all these things… again. The following descriptions are my adventures between the days of 12/11/21 and 16/11/21. Each cache has been logged to the end of my adventures for the day of finding them. If you would like to read my full log, please find it on any cache I found on the 16/11/21.
Day #1: I finished work at 4pm and headed over to Wagga for the only GIFF event in NSW. Apart from the CO, I was the first to arrive at the event. It was great to finally attend a Geocaching after many months without them. All talk Geo was had by all until we were told that dinner was ready. Soon after, the popcorn was ready and the movies were on. Congratulations to all the GIFF finalists and they were all a great watch. Also, Congratulations to BMG for receiving the FTF on the event. Then it was time to head home and get ready to head to Canberra for the next few days.
Day #2: I was nearly late to my own event. O’well… It was still fun with the small group of us that turned up. We also discovered many Moveable caches before heading off to today’s main goal. This happened to be finding the ‘A’ part of the GA geo-art series as well as the lone GC caches around the area which I hadn’t found as I pasted by them. I wasn’t alone as AKM came for the walk as well. After finding all but the last two we headed our separate ways as it started raining heavier. Hopefully, it won’t be raining tomorrow so the event goes ahead but well will need to see. Also pizza for dinner tonight.
TB visit on all found caches. I would like to thank all CO's of the caches I found and for allowing them to bring me and the rest of the caching community enjoyment.

Mrs Y'stassie decided to go cross country from A5 to A6. She found herself walking across the Frisbee Golf course She met two young men working on their Frisbee techniques. They immediately point to a nearby cache hide and called out it's over there behind you. She dutifully went back, located the container and signed the log. This turned out to be the end point of another cache. She noted the number and moved on. This is a pretty area with native bush and imported deciduous trees. As she walked her usual circuit of GZ Mrs Y'stassie spotted something that aroused her interest and she soon had the cache container. Container and contents were in good condition.

Thanks for this well hidden cache Kittykatch. This is a very versatile recreation area.

#GA5269 - 09:24; A plan was hatched a few days ago with Sol de lune to tackle the two GeoArt series on the shores of Lake Ginninderra and today was the day. Set off from John Knight Park on the bikes and made our way around this series in reverse order. A nice easy ride and most of the caches were quickly and easily located and signed. Top job getting this series out there! Apologies for the generic logs TFTC Kittykatch

Out with LuckyL10n today to tackle these GeoArt series of caches. Started at the car park of John Knight park and slowly cycled our way around the lake. No real issues other than a couple taking a few minutes to locate, however the good news all were found. A great morning to be out, but as was we mentioned, there always seems to be a head wind when the bikes come out.

A quick find at GZ this afternoon as I walked around this park. Thank goodness it was a quite cool day though there were still plenty of muggles out and about as it was beautiful in the sun. TFTC Kittykatch SL

After the nearby Pi(e) day event with a great turn out, I joined Gliss, Niblericecakes and Oneiferret for a walk around Knights park to visit a few of the GA art work caches.

Doing the new GCAs with the new App that was pointed out to me at the event, right after the event. Nice cold day to walk around here, very empty too which is helpful. Thanks for the caches Kittykatch!
