Description
Ahoy Thar Mateys!
We have lost the bounty that we plundered when we commandeered The Lady Nelson!
Its around here somewhere. The key is 'stuck' at the coords but the treasure is somewhere where else! The ship's log states that the chest is hidden 18 paces west, 8 paces north west from where the key was dropped, then make your way 'down' to the treasure, think big!
Before us Pirates took over the Lady Nelson she served the commonwealth in the early 1800's for many years, exploring the east coast of Australia. She was in this very river and decided it would be a good place for Launceston.
Extra notes: Please dont go on the road and be careful when approching cache. A 'pace' is roughly a meter. Please replace as found.
Mateys.....We failed to mention not to remove the treasure! Somebody has decided to take all the loot for themselves! nah just kidding, has been muggled, have replaced the key at the coords with a standard micro with log.......

Quickly found and signed the log

Thanks for the cache Guripper and DGT.
We also had a quick look to see where we thought the treasure used to be hidden and identified such a place. Pity that a muggle spoilt it

Got to and logged this cache at 1115hrs.
The highway threw me a little with the construction going on but interesting driving in unknown areas.
Found GZ very interesting; especially the information booth with no information attached.
The booty positioning was interesting and was replaced as found.

Loved the effort put in on this one, thoroughly enjoyed working out my north, south etc. Getting the angles right and finding the ‘Booty’.
