Description
This cache was placed as part of "2000 to 2010 = 10 years of Geocaching in Australia". It is not at the listed coordinates.
My first is in “Marco Polo’s lexicology“, but not in “Genghis Khan’s number sense”.
My second is in “a footballer’s homologue”, but not in “a cricketer’s match”.
My third is in “a consolatory and allegorical anthropomorphisation”, but not in “a cheery and figurative animated character”.
My fourth is in “floodlit cotton mills”, but not in “marked fibre manufacturers”.
My fifth is in “the conformational Book of Job”, but not in “the hazy Genesis”.
My sixth is in “sororally oncologists’ drill holes”, but not in “caring dentists’ preventatives”.
The cache contains 10 balloons and a musical birthday candle to celebrate a decade of geocaching in Australia (these are available as swaps). It also contains a bunch of other swaps that fit the theme of the cache, but the theme is a spoiler for the puzzle, so it will remain a secret for now!
BTW, it’s not the first time this particular theme has been used for a cache in Tasmania, but I swear I thought of this idea for a puzzle first, so I decided to stick with it.
UPDATE: Because of troubles with the original hide, I've replaced it with something a bit smaller. If it survives, I'll replace it with something a bit classier. Bring a pen!!

Logs
Since I was heading out with Goose tonight was a good a time as any to grab this one, upon getting to GZ I was pleased to see the cache still in good condition even with it not being found in 16 months, log still dry and hidden away in it's home safely.
Thanks for a great puzzle and cache Gorbak
I had another look yesterday and came to a stop at the same spot so sent an email off to a friend who rang back latter saying he would help me out when he got home tomorrow.
I woke up at 1:45 am and thought of what the answer could be so had to get up and try it, YES YES I'v got it.
This morning I sent my friend a message I'm right I don't need help.
This afternoon I went off to find the cache and was having a lot of trouble when my friend rang and told me I was looking in the right spot, so I dug a bit deeper and found it.
It's been 19 months since the last find.

I thought I had the solution, but it wasn't making a heap of sense, then Kaatka pointed out that I had missed some data and it all fell into place. Went for a walk today and can finally cross this cache off my unfound list. TFTC Gorbak
Well, firstly, thanks for the cache.
It has taken a long time for me to get the gist of this one. A clue given at the recent event helped me get under way and a few taps on the computer keys soon had me find the co-ords. I learnt a lot about Marco Polo and Genghis Khan in the process. As for those other big words - dictionaries come in handy - now I know what they mean but I still can't vocalise them not to mention how to spell them.
A quick find had me signing the log at 1048hrs.
Then as I was thinking of some pics and where to take them I smashed my head into a sign near a certain structure and have been "scarred for life". I think I'll make a good crewman now; that is for those pirate caches - AAARRRGH!!!
Great cache, good hide even though it took about "ten years and what seemed like a decade of caching" to solve the puzzle and find the cache.
Cheers; OldSaint.
I'll need to come up with a more sneaky hide or turn it into a micro, methinks.
Despite its condition, I would prefer not to archive it while it's still out in the field.
I'm wondering if one of the local previous finders would be able to retrieve the cache, such as it is, and keep it safe until I return...
GZ was a pleasant surprise as well !
Oh, and what can I say: DnA followed by RebornCyclist followed by Dippedidooda followed by red tag seems to be a recurring theme lately, be they puzzles or traditionals ! To quote RC, "Aaagh!!"
Thanks for another great geocache, up to the Gorbak standard !
I've been spoilt this week - two great puzzles.
I was on the right track with this one from the start, but made one eensy wrong assumption, which meant my coords looked all wrong.
An interesting GZ - I used to ride past here on the way to my girlfrind's place (all the way from Taroona).
Thanks for the brain exercise, Gorbak.
(took nothing, left nothing, by the way).
